Upon unboxing the battery, I had realized the battery was not wrapped in any sort of anti-static packaging. This means the battery can be damaged quite easily by just touching it with bare hands, so before unboxing, I recommend grounding yourself. Comes with 2 screwdrivers which means anyone will be able to replace the battery, no matter if they have the tools or not. Looks and fits like a genuine battery, and installation went smooth. Voltages on the battery were just like specified and the cycle count was low, proving that this battery is indeed new. Battery life depreciation was normal, and charging was also normal. No complaints so far, I got this for my 2011 MacBook Air 11”. It fits in the Mac nicely and works great. It’s incredibly easy to fit, and it even comes with the right tools to remove the MacBook bottom case as well as the battery screws. A massive plus!If you don’t have experience fitting this, don’t be afraid. Fitting it is as easy as these steps:1) Remove the 8 bottom case screws and lift the bottom case off2) Remove 5 battery screws, unclip the old battery connector and lift out3) Then reverse the steps to fit this new battery.It seems well made, no cheap plastic or brittle parts that might break easy. The battery cells look healthy and well secured. I tested running a video continuously on the new battery and it only lost about 30% battery after one and a half hours of video playing. Pretty good in my opinion, and a world of difference to the old battery.A great third party product, great job!

If you’re looking for a well priced, all in one solution (battery and tools) at a very reasonable price, then you’re at the right place. After watching a few tutorials on a popular video site, I was confident I could give my MacBook Air a new lease of life! Easy to install and appears to be totally safe and reliable. It's compatible with my laptop as promised and is definitely cheaper than an OEM battery.
