We bought this bed for our middle son who recently came back home after a bad breakup. he didn't care for the sleigh bed that was in his room. So, he picked out this bed. He likes the more trendy things. This bed is definitely that. First, let me say, you WILL need help moving the box around because it is heavy. Every single piece has to be put together. My husband and I pulled out the pieces out and there are alot of them. It comes with all the hardware you will need as well as extra pieces, just in case. You will want a power screw driver as opposed to the allen wrenches that come with it. It will make the process go much easier. It took both of us about 2 hours to put it together. Make sure you put the hydraulics on the right way or they will not work. They are designed to work one way and one way only. The first time you pull it up, it will want to spring up quickly. But, after that, it goes up and down smoothly. My son loves this aspect of the bed because he doesn't have a lot of storage space in his room. This offers him a space to put his un-used things away so they aren't cluttering up his room. The headboard is very nice. The fabric covering is more modern. I do see it getting dirty easily. But, aside from that, the bed is very nice. It looks good and is extremely multi-functional.

I purchased the queen sized bed in beige color. It’s a very nice bed. Shipping package was quite heavy and so is the bed. I have assembled lot of furniture over the years and thought I’d finish this assembly in 45 mins but I was wrong :). And I even had power tools including hex bits to use with my power drill to help me speed things up. Even then it took me about 3 hours to assemble it on my own. But once assembled it looks very nice and my 12” Novaform mattress from Costco pairs with it very well and it’s very comfortable to sleep on. No squeaking noises from the bed. Haven’t used the under bed storage yet but good to have that option for future use.

Definitely one of the best bed frames I have bought on Amazon. We got the Dark Grey king size with a 12 inch mattress and it was beyond perfect. I love the elegance, the sturdiness and the storage part of the bed frame. However, my only downside was when I got to put the bed together. It took us about 2-3 hours due to the fact that the directions weren’t as precise. There was a specific part I believe it was C3 where it states that it had to be put a certain way for the liftable storage to work, however, those instructions weren’t correct and my partner and I had to figure out why it wasn’t working. It was because that part had to be on another end and then we got it to work and the flow of putting the bed together got easier. Despite, that small hardship I 100% recommend this bed frame. One of the best on Amazon, hands down!

WOW!!! For the price of the bed I am amazed at the quality and functionality. The storage is exactly what I was looking for. We downsized our house and finding ways to maximize storage was so important. There are alot of pieces to put this together but I did it alone and it is fantastic. This is for the guest bedroom.

first, let me start with the instructions. they are really above what i expected. not once did i look at the instructions and find myself unable to come to a definitive conclusion about which way this piece goes, or which bolt i use. for what is clearly a chinese no-name drop ship company, they did very well with clear instructions.second, the feature-set of this bed frame for $210 is insane. Ikea has a frame like this called the Malm for $520 (!!!) and it isn't even upholstered. some may see that as a pro or con, but for me, i prefer upholstered for the comfort. after all that's the whole point of a bed. if i'm going wood, i don't want that junk particle board that Ikea uses. time will tell how the hydraulics hold up. i'll update my review if it ever bites the dust, which for this price i fully expect but here's to hoping not.third, the manual says you have to do the hydraulic portion with two people, but if you have a sturdy tripod or something adjustable like that, you can easily do it alone.fourth, they included spare hardware AND labeled them as spares so you don't end up wondering if you forgot a bolt or two during assembly. what an incredibly obvious thing to do that so many others don't bother with. and all of the used hardware is labeled with their exact sizing so you can use the proper bit without stripping. i actually used a 3/16 for the entire job despite these being metric bolts and didn't strip a single bolt. just go slow and steady.lastly, i would highly recommend a power drill for this job. it took me like 3 hours to assemble alone with power tools. i could not imagine hand tightening all those bolts. there's dozens of them.
