My Dr. recommended that I take fish oil as part of my daily supplements saying it’s good for keeping my heart healthy. So….i do.

The small size makes it easier to take

All the fish oil gel tablets were stuck together and were so bad they could not be separated.

Same brand I had before but even though these are mini they are bigger than the last ones. Though they aren't the huge ones. They have the lemon flavor. Thankfully I don't burb them to often.

I don't usually need the lemon flavor, but if you're sensitive to fish odor it's a nice option. Works reasonably well to disquise the taste.Arrived sealed in the package with good safety seals on the jar. Capsules were all intact inside, no breakage or loose powder floating around the jar. The capsules were easy to swallow and had minimal fish taste or smell if you're sensitive to that.Plenty of time left on the expiration date. Had enough info available on the manufacturer for me to trust it. Seems like a good option for this supplement.I've found this to be a useful supplement myself, but definitely consult with your doctor. I'd also recommend to make sure you're taking it consistently for weeks or more before you can truly judge if there's benefit to you. Don't expect to just take it a couple times and get it to do anything for you.
