I’ve been taking for inflammation. 2 capsules before bed with a glass of coconut milk w/ ground black pepper (both help absorption). I’ve been sleeping so deep and relaxed and well. I wake up feeling refreshed. May be helping me to have morning BMs as well. My facial redness (rosacea) has decreased and my inflammatory acne is clearing up as well.

I have been taking this for inflammation and I really don’t feel like it’s always working. First of all I wonder if anyone else has noticed the capsules look like there is a lot of flour mixed in? I’m not sure I’m benefitting from this or not . Thinking of switching to omega 3 / fish oil

I love this product tried others nothing worked until this one I have a lot of joint pain with extreme inflammation of the joints in my fingers and this helps me bend my fingers after I take it within about 10 or 15 minutes. I can do a lot more things now that I’ve started to take this medication. It’s been about five months so if you’re looking for something to help you with joint pain, this is the one and a natural remedy for anti-inflammatory medication instead of taking steroids all the time. Try it try it for at least 5 to 6 months and you will see a change.

In one month, my knees seem to be less painful and stiff using this supplement. The capsules are fairly large but I don't have any issues swallowing them. I'm hoping things continue to improve. I believe I'll subscribe to save some money.
