Perfect! Great Laptop!
Amazing laptop for the price! Extremely happy son on his birthday as he desperately needed a laptop for his uni work. Looks nice and sleep with the touchscreen function for quick note taking! Has decent battery life!

Good quality, as advertised, good battery, accurate components
Really good condition, good quality, exactly as advertised. No faulty or worn parts. Clean too, battery has no or minimal degredation which was my worry at first. Would recommend this supplier and will be getting another one for my partner.

Happy Happy Happy
I am so happy I took the risk and chose this laptop/tablet in "acceptable" condition. There is not a mark on it and so far ( I only got it 2 days ago) it works like a dream. Fantasticly happy thank you.

DO NOT BUY!!!!
Do not buy, it is not worth it. All they've done is taken in a model of the laptop nobody wants, physically polished it (despite leaving all the scratches on). Hoping that the nearly £1000 discount is worth it. This laptop came out in 2020-2021, fully speced modern gaming PCs are cheaper than this laptop at full price!

Laptop stopped charging
Having had the PC just over 3 months it would no longer charge. As it was out of the warranty period I took it to an independant PC engineer. On examination he stated it had sustained liquid damage most likeley before I bought it. So it will need a thorough clean up of corrosion, it may still be a very expensive paperweight, but I hope not. Will be an expensive repair. While it worked it was fine and functioned well

SSD failed within 2 years.
For the price you do get a good laptop with decent specs. However, as it's a refurbished laptop there is no gurantee on the quality of the parts used in the laptop. The SSD on my laptop did not even last 2 years and failed before I could back up my contents and so I lost everything I had. To try and save the data I had to take it to a computer shop, who confirmed the SSD used is a cheap one which is why it failed. I had to replace the SSD. If you are buying this laptop then do expect parts to fail, or monitor the health status of the ssd and systems, or replace with a good quality one after buying. Without this failed SSD, I could have recommended this, but having lost all my data I'm extremley disappointed.
