I’ve been using MSM for years and yes, it does keep my hair in the growth phase for a longer period of time. I was almost out of Curly Proverbz MSM so I bought Qhemet MSM + Biotin while waiting for my Curly Proverbz MSM to come in from the UK and I’m glad I did. It’s not just MSM. The Vitamin C needed to help my body absorb the MSM is already mixed in along with other goodies like Vitamin K, Bamboo Shoot Extract and Beet Juice Powder. The sweetness comes from both cane sugar and Stevia, which I think is a nice meet in the middle. I now have my mom taking this MSM and she’s really enjoying the taste. She’s only been on it for a couple of days but I expect her to experience the same excellent growth and retention results as I’ve had for years. I have to say I am really impressed with this product. I had a Wave By Design perm put in my hair and my hair thinned out and left bald spots. After the first week I noticed my hair seemed a little bit thicker than normal. It has been two weeks not and my bald spots are filling out and my hair is thickening up!! I was really surprised at that. I didn't expect for it to work that quickly, bonus is my nails are growing nicely! The product tastes great also and you know what I have been having great night sleep with it also! Sometimes I will take it a hour or two before I go to bed other times I will just take it during the day.. regardless I have been have deep night sleep waking up refreshed. The product is as described, it was sealed securely and fresh. I had a little left from my original msm+biotin I purchased from their website store and this seller sells the exact same product. I was pleased. This msm blend helps me with my hair and stomach health. I am two months in and starting to see more dark edges grow back in instead of my greys.

I'm on my second jar, and have seen amazing results after taking it for at two months. It's expensive, but worth it. I continue to nourish my scalp by keeping it clean, and conditioning my hair. I absolutely love this stuff!! Before I started taking it, my hair was coming out in small clumps! Since taking this, 1 week in, and the shedding stopped! My scalp stopped itching! So I’ll keep going because I already see a change! The taste is good also! Taste like berry vitamin water! The msm/biotin doesn’t Dissolve very well so you will be with some residue on the bottom of your cup or bottle so just stir it a little bit and and chug it down and to get rid of the gritty feeling in your mouth, just have a sip or two of water after and you will be just fine!!

This is my fourth or 5th time purchasing this product for my hair growth. Unfortunately it will be the last due to the small amount of products in this jar. I think it's a mistake and I'm not happy about it so I do not suggest anyone purchase this because it cost $39.00 which I buy once a month. As you can see the jar is not even close to being full. It's now seeming to be a waste.
