Description
- Oak chips are beneficial for introducing premium oak characters to wines at a low cost while offering positive effects on wine color, aromas, flavor, mouth feel as well as creating depth and body
- Granulated chips are made from freshly emptied Bourbon barrels which are produced from American Oak
- They are excellent for intensifying the flavor of beer (old Ales, Stouts, Porters, Brown) Bierbrand, whisky, brandy, fruit spirits etc.
- Prepare Oak Chips before using by boiling in water for 15 minutes. Strain the chips off the water and then add the them directly to the wine.
- Add to the must or the finished wine. Dose: 5-30g /10 liters wine.
