What a difference! Initially I was unable to determine if this was helping. I continued to take it as directed, and suddenly I noticed I was remembering not just names, but where I placed various items and details of daily exchanges! Now if I miss a day or two I notice the difference. I never thought I would be this 'sharp' ever again. My husband is now taking this supplement that boosts brain plasmologen after witnessing my improved memory. Thank you for enabling me to continue working in a career in which peak performance is vital!

For me, this was worth it. I take one per day, and almost immediately I noticed that my dreams were more creative and vivid. After a couple of weeks I noticed that my memory was slightly better, with far fewer incidents of "why did I walk into this room?" or "what website was I going to visit?". I'm nearly done with my fourth box. I have stopped taking it for a couple of months, and in the last couple of weeks I've been a little less quick, mentally, and my memory has declined slightly. Most noticeable was that I'm having a harder time switching contexts at work when I stop one thing to handle an emergency and then return to the original task. I hadn't noticed improvement there, but looking back it's clear there was some. I'm going to resume taking this, and for a while will try two per day instead of one. Expensive, but what isn't these days? I consider it more expensive to suffer any cognitive decline. Remember, everyone has different body chemistry and reacts a bit differently; if you're curious and can afford it I would suggest getting one box and trying one per day for a couple of weeks. If you notice a positive difference, try the recommended two per day and after a couple of weeks of that you should know if it's helping or not, and whether it's worth the price. Edit (2023-12-06): taking two a day doesn't seem to have made any difference compared to one a day. For reference, I'm 56. If you're older taking two a day supposedly should make more of an impact compared to one a day.

Didn’t work for me. Took 2 tablets in the morning and it gave me brain fog later in the day. Thought it was just my imagination so I stopped taking it for a few days. Took it again and the brain fog came back. I had trouble remembering words and things I would normally remember.

I ordered this product for my mom who has been suffering from some memory loss for a few years. Her doctors keep telling us that she is still functioning at a high level and they do not think medication would be helpful at this point. However I started to notice more and more she was having problems remembering simple task and she was having trouble finding the right words when we talked. So when I found this product and saw the kind of results they were getting I figured it couldn't hurt to try it. I placed my order and received it the next day. Mom has only used this product for three days and already we are seeing improvement. On the second day of taking Neuroregain she was able to plan dinner and was was able to prepare it in a reasonable amount of time something she struggles with daily. She also has noticed that she has more energy and that the foggy brain feeling she has is getting less. I also noticed that she is having less trouble finding the words to use when we talk. Neuroregain is a bit pricey but after three days we are seeing improvement so to me its worth the cost.
