Pack of two, textured, stainless steel side scrapers. These stainless steel side scrapers are great for creating shape and texture around the side of a ganache or buttercream cake. The sturdy design ensures you get a precise and professional finish whilst being extremely easy to use. Care & Use First, add a smooth layer of ganache or buttercream to your cake. Leave to set (or chill for a while if using buttercream) so that it becomes firm. Add your second layer of ganache/buttercream generously; this is the layer you will create your texture on. Warm the textured edge of the smoother in hot water and dry. Place textured edge against side of your cake and rest the bottom (straight edge) against turn table at a 90° angle. Applying firm pressure, scrape around the side of cake by rotating turntable 360° in one continuous movement, ending where you started. Check surface for any thin areas and apply more ganache/buttercream before scraping again, if needed. Wash in warm soapy water before first use and always between uses. Dry thoroughly.
