Not to get too scatalogical, prior to taking this detox it seemed like a coin toss everyday: diarrhea or not? For apparently no reason, despite tracking what I ate or skipped, I used to experience a 'run'. Until I got Jag* (how do you pronounce this name ?). The first time, I took it with food and experienced some tightness around the belly area, followed by mild cramps; it soon subsided. Following that experience, I began having it (1 capsule vs 2 recommended) first thing in the morning with a cup of water. That seems to be the key to avoiding any discomfort -- take it away from food; in other words, allow some time to elapse after this capsule then have your breakfast, lunch or whatever. I'm happy to report the 'run' has stopped, now it's more like a smooth motion that leaves my bowels completely empty (flat tummy, lol). My appetite is a lot better. So whatever it was that caused the diarrhea (parasites, toxins, bugs...), it's gone. Thank you, Jag!! CAUTIONARY UPDATE: This detox is not meant to be taken daily; you have to be very strategic about it. It contains 3 negatively-charged ingredients that are known for their toxin-binding properties: Activated Charcoal, Zeolite and Bentonite Clay. These 3 negatively-charged ingredients aren't selective about what they bind (attach) to, since they tend to bind to any compound with a positive charge; that includes nutrients and minerals. They bind up everything -- bugs, parasites, toxins AND vital nutrients, minerals from food, any vitamins or dietary supplements you may be taking -- and push them out of the body. In my own experience, after about a month or so, still at just 1 capsule daily, my body exhibited symptoms of malnourishment: severely watery, burning eyes, cough/colds, clumps of hair falling off, brittle fingernails, etc. Nothing had changed in my dietary regimen and the only factor I could isolate was this detox. I stopped taking it and within a few days those symptoms vanished. So the lesson I learned is, take this detox only sporadically/periodically, away from food; during this time, suspend your dietary supplements so they stay out of the way. Let the detox do its job on those days you're taking it. Then discontinue the detox and resume your supplement routine. I think the ideal days for this detox are those when one is fasting/intermittent fasting, so no food/nutrient/supplement gets in the way of this juggernaut. Don't take it daily. Good health to you! Good binder for detoxing from heavy metals and parasites.

So far so good. It has 3 binders , zeolite, charcoal and bentonite . I’ll update the review when my wife is done with her cleanse. I’ve seen no signs of anything in stool l. It makes my wife frequently poop so something is happening.

If you do a parasite cleanse, you need a binder! This binder does the job!!!! Without it, you’re gonna feel miserable. All you do is take two hours after you take the parasite cleanse and two hours before you eat no supplements in between or it will pull those out. Cleanse is much easier to tolerate.

This is a gentle binder. The direction are not accurate. It’s best to take it 3x a day at 2 caps. I started this 10 days ago for gentle parasite detox. The full moon. Is coming Saturday and I’m prepared on the full protocol. You want to take this binder either 3, 2 and/or 1 day before the full moon and 1,2 and/or 3 days. after. I bought Paraguard as my ☠️ of parasites. You do this either 1-35days before and after. Depending if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced person. I did notice maybe 8-12 dead parasites daily from 💩 ing. I did have Occasionally stomach ache. For reference. I’m a competitive athlete and my diet is 90% clean. I feel if you eat like 💩… you will have discomfort during the process. No carbs on the protocol .
