This makeup remover is awesome! If you have never used a melting cream you have to try it. It cleans your pores better than any other style makeup remover.

I have been trying to find a cheap but decent-quality makeup remover balm. I loved it at first, my skin was doing well, but suddenly after about a week, I began to get weird red bumps on my face after using it. I went through the process of trying to figure out what was causing it. I concluded that it was the balm, I have no bad feelings towards it because it removed everything beautifully and my skin was soft after use, but it was just not something my skin could handle. I do not have sensitive skin, but I think it's important to give people a heads-up that the product can cause this.

Just got this today and had to use it asap. Loving the way my skin feels during and after using it. Has a light very light scent about it. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5. It didn't remove my mascara. It isn't waterproof mascara either. It is a lot bigger than any of the other cleansing balms I've looked at or tried. It is a lot better than most of them also. Give it a try and your love it too

I like the other reviewer was excited to try this cleansing balm. Unlike her, I found the that it did remove my mascara with ease. The problem is the smell, not scent, the smell. It smells like lightly perfumed fish oil. You really couldn't tell at first becasue it needed to warm up on the face. Once it did, I could not get ot off fast enough. Then after using my normal cleaner, I was left with a slick oily layer that I had to use bar soap to get off. Just a disaster. The clean wash rag I was using was replaced with another by third wash because I couldn't rinse the oily residue with the fish oil smell out of the first one. The second pic shows the spoon that is stuck to the lid via the oil.

I love a bit of vaseline after moisturizing to seal it in but not as a make up remover.

As a beauty guru, this works wonders on my skin and doesn't burn at all! Perfect!
