This item is adorable. I bought a pair for my best friends and their baby, and I loved them so much I got a pair for my sister. My only complaint is the packaging they came in was so busted and messed up, it was almost embarrassing to give to my friends.

I have other moccasins purchased directly from Itzy Ritzy, and there are some differences between those and the toasted almond ones I purchased here. First, the fit is off. The opening is significantly larger. The elastic is far more stretchy. They are much easier to get on my daughter’s foot, but they also fall off more easily. Second, there is only one layer of foam padding (the removable insole), whereas the authentic Itzy Ritzy moccasins also have another layer glued into the sole. Third, the logo stamps are not as clear. Fourth... they smell like leather. I know the authentic moccasins are genuine leather, but they actually don’t have that leather smell. And fifth, the insole is different. The brown layer is actually fused onto the foam, rather than glued.Perhaps Itzy Ritzy has done a complete redesign on their moccasins? I considered that. However, I seriously doubt that Itzy Ritzy would update their product with WORSE logo stamping. Also, they are not available on the Itzy Ritzy website or in stores. Not indicative of a freshly released product. I call fake.It’s a shame that amazon lumps listings and reviews of products from various sellers together, because I also purchased a pair of blueberry moccasins from this listing and I am confident that they are authentic. So this review is ONLY FOR THE TOASTED ALMOND.

I ordered size 6-12 month & they don’t stay on my 6 month daughter. They seem to be high quality and I look forward to putting her in these when she grows a little

I would like it better if the outsoles has some type of grip or if they had the raw leather side (like Robeez). My 1 yo kept slipping when she was walking so we had to take them off. I'll pass these onto a baby who can't walk yet. These also have an insole (liner) that tries to keep these from bending naturally, which is the whole purpose of having these and not flat shoes. I was very disappointed in them and will return them. The only thing these have going for them is the color and price.

We bought the 12-18 month size, and it is about a size four. The moccasins are great, and I love the insert that protects babes feet. My son's feet never stink when taking these off. I only wish they came in bigger sizes.
