Love my new chromebook
I'm generally a desktop user, so I was looking for something light to use when I'm sitting on the couch looking to browse. I can't stand looking things up on my phone, so I thought a Chromebook would be nice since I'm primarily a google person. This is a great buy, feels very high quality and does everything I need it to do. I'm still getting used to the chrome OS, but it fits all of my needs. It would have been very hard to beat this price.

Love this for rescue business!
This product is build light weight and is small enough to carry with you but large enough to be able to see exactly what you’re doing. The battery lasts forever and that’s a huge bonus when I’m often working where power isn’t accessible. The Chromebook is sleek and looks high quality. It processes fast and functions as a high quality laptop would for a fraction of the price. The keyboard is fluid and easy to use. Definitely worth the money!

Wow this was a terrible investment.NEVER WILL BUY AN ASUS PRODUCT AGAIN. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE.COMPUTER1. DIDNT WORK FOR HALF THE STUFF2. WAS NOT RETURNABLE TO AMAZON AFTER 30 DAYS3. LASTED A TOTAL OF 2 YEARS (MY COMPUTERS AVERAGE 4+ bc I take good care of them)4. Amazon gave me a PARTIAL REFUND BECAUSE IT WAS FAULTY FROM THE START THEN NO REFUND ONCE IT DIED.NEVER EVER AGAIN. $200 INVESTMENT IS ROBBERY AND A SCAM ESP FOR A DUD COMPUTER FROM THE START. WOW.

Replaced a 15 yr old dinosaur laptop
Works good. Get's the job done! This is more affordable than a cell phone. You can do everything you need on a larger screen! Only thing I do not like is that is not a touch screen, BUT, they did send a mouse. Would order again.

50% success rate
I had to return. Right out of the box the screen was turning intermittently on and off. Tried to factory reset and it was doing the same while I was rebooting. By the way I have another one of the Chromebooks with no problem.
