Can't rely on it
Ordered furniture based on its measures and were wrong by a lot. Won't recommend this.

It works!
Well this appears to actually work! i know sounds silly, but I did a check with a traditional tape measure up to 2m and it was bang onThe unit is not too large and comes in a carry pouch. It also feels quite rugged and like a proper tool.There are many buttons/ menu options to work out areas and other mathematical equations such as Pyth! and a memory function for multiple measures and recall.Only slight drawback the size of the spirit level on the right hand side.. it's tiny! (and unlit)

Really good if you have problems with your hands and grip
I have measured everything that doesn't move. It's feature where it stores the previous measurement is fantastic because I always forgot what I'd just measured. So there is no need to take a pad and pen with you which can be difficult at timesI have difficulty with my hands, but this is the perfect size and easy to grip. The strap means I'm not worried I will drop it too.I just need to read the instructions to work out all the functions.The cat loves the laser light too, constantly nudging the device so I will play with her!
