You get what you pay for
A simple, non complicated Realtek based usb to 2.5 g base t adapter, it is plug and play in new Linux kernel and windows, I got instant 2.5 Gbps handshake with my switches, and iperf speed tests stand at 2.32 average, pretty good I say. Hopefully these come lower in prices so we can afford more.

Not okay for labs, Does not support higher mtu
I got few of these to upgrade my home lab,This device does not support MTU greater than 1500!!! Disappointing..Works ok with esxi usb nic fling driver!
