Suddenly my wife became very allergic to soy bean products. I’m talking about, go to the Emergency room anaphylactic allergic shock.So happy to find a soy product that allows her eat the Asian foods she loves!More expensive than many soy sauces, in her case a life saver.

far superior to the coconut aminos i was using previously. i am soy allergic which makes finding alternative ingredients and cooking items much more difficult. i love chinese and asian type cuisines and for almost 3 years it was out of the question. i then found coconut aminos which worked ok but it still didn't taste near to what i was used to. then thanks to learning about gold mine natural foods from viewing some videos posted by Wendy Gilker i found this product after exploring the site. I support Gold Mine Natural Foods and their line of products as a way to enjoy the cuisine (chinese, asian, japanese etc) i love without the risk of allergic reactions. i may not be vegetarian but this stuff is nonetheless amazing. i do want to let the public know of a word of caution though. If wheat intolerant celiac or gluten sensitive or intolerant this is not a good alternative. if soy, dairy, gluten or wheat intolerant this is not an option. in that case coconut aminos are a better option.

I use to use soy sauce practically by the gallon until soy became a migraine tigger for me out of the blue. It’s been years since I’ve had soy sauce and I missed it so much. That is until I tried this product. I’m so happy. It’s a touch sweeter and a bit less salty then most brands of soy sauce but really really good.

I bought this as a treat for my friend-white soy was called for in a dish that he made. The fragrance is lovely but the soy is very salty. The label shows the sodium in teaspoon, not tablespoon, so the salt level seems low upon first glance-I think the brain sometimes goes directly to tablespoon when it sees tsp and forgets that tablespoon is tbsp. If you are not watching your sodium intake or use very small amounts of soy, this is a wonderful pantry addition.

This is so good. I can't do soy anymore and have been looking for a replacement. This is very good stuff, worth the price for me to avoid the allergic reactions I get from Soy. And it isn't coyingly sweet like other alternatives.

Was bought mid February 2023, expiration/best used by date is June 2023... I will not cook with often enough to use up in 14 weeks!!!!! Why expiration date so soon???Waste of money!!!!!!!!!

This is very good, more elegant, but the screw on cap doesn't screw on very well and the bottle needs one of those stopper things to keep it from dumping out when you just want a little.
