I CAN HAVE CARBS AGAIN!
YAY! They have Whysk on Amazon!!! When I restock, I'll come here.I've been so deprived. I've been on the Ketogenic diet for several months now and, you know, sometimes you just want a freaking pastry. Well no. You can't have a pastry, cause all that wheat will make you balloon up like a, well, balloon. So a friend told me about Whysk and I went to their website and purchased this three pack (Pumpkin Spice, Chocolate and Regular) and I FREAKING LOVE IT. It took me a while to get the water ratios right--I'm more of a do by "feel" rather than perfect, perfect measurements, but I figured it out.1) Make sure you actually use a whisk to whisk the Whysk as you blend the water in.2) I use an electric hand mixer with 1 whisk (cause I broke the other) and I will blend for a full minute or two to make sure it's smooth in consistency.3) If a little "thick" add more water until it's weak enough that it slips through the fork.4) You've probably added a little extra water now (by you, I mean me), so you may have to cook it a little longer than you normally would have.5) I am still experimenting with getting it to the right level of "dryness" as they are moist, but I don't mind that at all. It's still super tasty. One portion makes 3 regular (hearty sized) pancakes, like 6-8 mini pancakes, and 1 giant ridiculous ones. I don't recommend the giant ridiculous one unless you are a professional pancake flipper :DTwo photos: 1 of my perfect little short/tall stack. 1 of my very first time where I did not put enough water, so that you know what that looks like and can avoid it! See my little Whysk pancakes looking all cute??? I am kind of in disbelief that it's actually 1 serving, but you know, I'll go with it.They taste great and have a little bounce to them, because of the egg whites. They aren't as chewy as regular pancakes, don't have the same bready-stick-to-the-roof-of-your-mouth consistency. It's a great alternative to the real thing and I'm super happy with it. Eating a whole serving once a day did NOT derail my weight-loss regimen, despite there being 22g of carbs in a serving (it's all fiber, though, so depending on whether you count net carbs or just straight up carbs... you know, it's up to you). I'm at -20 lbs now and I'm really enjoying this process of finding foods that are on plan, but still tasty and don't make me look like I'm on a diet!Seriously - what would I do without brunch tho? :( Thank you, Whysk!

YUCK! What a waste of money!
These are not disgusting but they are not good. They remind me of baby food, every single one of them. By that, I mean, if you have nothing else to eat, and this is the only thing left in your cabinet, it will serve its purpose as food. I've made every single one of them and found they do not really have a significant taste, it is very bland. Now, the texture is okay but nothing to write a review about. What a waste of money!

Chocolate flavor leaves a lot to be desired. Snickerdoodle was great. Love the convenience!

Awful....nothing like the real thing
I am so disappointed in this product and regret purchasing this at $32! I've tried each one, and all are horrible. No matter how long i try to cook them, they are wet and dense.....no where close to real pancakes and waffles....wish I could get a refund!

My New Breakfast!
If you haven’t tried this yet, you should! I bought this directly through their website and purchased the bundle pack which included their original, chocolate, and pumpkin (seasonal) mix at a discount PLUS free shipping. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting to receive it for a week or two but delivery was super fast and I received it in a few days. This is basically my new breakfast now. I started off with the original mix and now am loving the pumpkin mix. You would think that you would sacrifice taste with amount of protein/fiber that this provides with just one pancake. However, this is definitely not the case. I also mix this with some raspberries (to increase the fiber intake even more!) and sliced bananas topped with a hint of syrup. I would also suggest adding a little bit more water than the recommended amount to make the pancake more soft.A little background story, I started my weight-loss journey in November of 2015 and eventually hit a plateau and was stuck for a few months. I was then introduced to Whysk from a friend and started adding this to my morning routine and I can happily say, this had helped me get pass the plateau. Of course, it wasn’t all from the Whysk as exercise and further exercise is needed, but this certainly played a factor. All in all, I am very satisfied with product and will continue to keep this in my diet. I hope everyone at least tries it (especially the pumpkin one before it’s gone), you won’t regret it!

I LOVE the chocolate as muffins (great to make on Sunday ...
I'm surprised there are any negative reviews here! You have to cook these at a slightly slower pace to get the texture right, because no, these are not buttermilk pancakes filled with white flour (that's sort of the point). Most of the time these "protein" mixes are made with a ton of fake ingredients but Whysk uses organic coconut flour, flax seeds, egg whites, and stevia. It's a really versatile mix - I've tried all the flavors and used them to make muffins, mini donuts, and pancakes. I LOVE the chocolate as muffins (great to make on Sunday and then grab and go for breakfast all week - you'll feel like you're eating dessert). The pumpkin spice is so flavorful, I used it to make mini donuts and coated them with a cinnamon once they finished baking (again, perfect for a healthy grab and go option). For the original flavor, I mixed with fresh raspberries and made both pancakes and muffins. For the pancakes, cook slowly and they'll be perfect! Will definitely keep this as a pantry staple at all times.

Whysk might just be the best thing since sliced bread
Whysk might just be the best thing since sliced bread!! If you are making pancakes with them you need to cook them at a slower temp to get them just right. I haven't made muffins yet but that is up next. I also put a some of the pumpkin mix in my after workout protein shakes and it's amazing! Besides being a solid product I was very impressed with the shipping. I ordered it around 2:30PM and it was at my door the next day by 10:00AM!!!!
