Two "Ughs". One may be critical!
This jack looks the part (and is sort of built well) but it is by no means a light-weight racing jack. While sporting a fair bit of aluminum in its construction, it also has a ton of heavy steel and net, net the jack isn't what I would call light weight. That's the trivial "ugh". The other "ugh" I just managed to learn the hard way is that, IF the handle should come off when you're lifting the car with it, the handle retainer/hinge section will automatically return to a vertical position, whereupon you CAN'T (w/o a bunch of "ugh" thought and effort) re-insert the handle. This leaves the jack STUCK lifting your car. Got a second jack? Good! You might need one. This thing, nee every floor jack, needs a secondary bleed valve OR should not auto-return to vertical. The handle is retained by what I now know is a self loosening pitch bolt that isn't designed to be tightened via a wrench (just finger tight). Mine conveniently loosened from use and poof the handle popped off. Keep looking if either of those "ugh"s makes you go "hmm?"
