I strongly advise against purchasing products from Everest. My experience with their after-sales service has been nothing short of frustrating. Their helpline (1800 425 0099) calls are abruptly disconnected with a message stating no representatives are available, and you are left waiting indefinitely with no follow-up or callback, even after multiple attempts. In an effort to escalate the issue, I tried reaching out through their website support form at www.evereststabilizers.com. Unfortunately, this led to further disappointment. After carefully filling out all required details and attaching relevant documents, the submission consistently failed with an unknown error. I have attached a screenshot of the error for reference. After a week of persistence, I finally managed to speak with a representative via the helpline. To my surprise, I was informed that Everest only provides service in the Goa region and has no technicians available in Maharashtra, where I reside. I was given a technician’s mobile number, only to be told again that he operates exclusively in Goa and cannot assist me. As a result, my stabilizer which is under a 1+4 year warranty has been unusable for over two weeks. Despite being sold nationwide with warranty claims, Everest appears to have no service network outside of Goa. This is misleading and unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I attempted to share this experience via a product review on Amazon, my review was not approved. After contacting Amazon, they provided me with Everest's support email ([email protected]), but I have yet to receive any response. Their is nothing mentioned about the limited regional service. And I consider this as a completely false claim and misleading customers.
