Better than Kryonaught paste when you consider heat pump effects!
I decided to try this out as I was having to replace the thermal paste (Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut) every 3-4 month due to the heat pump effect from the heat cycling of the PC when powered on and off, as the paste got squeezed out temps on the CPU would creep up and it was annoying as heck. Installed this today and immediately got the same or slightly better temps than with the Kryonaut paste, and no more drying out/pumped out paste to worry about! As a side note you do have to be careful cutting this stuff, it's quite brittle in certain directions, you can see that by the grain, so cut along the grain where possible. I had to take a 5mm strip off one edge cause of the width being shorter than the length on Intel 12th gen chips. If you take your time, it's a doddle and I'd say well worth it, should be stable temps now and less maintenance (x fingers). My system runs a 12700k @ 5.4Ghz OC, and an RTX3090 (in a fairly tight case) both of which are water-cooled with EVGA AIO's, but the CPU could get quite hot once the paste started degrading, this so far has sorted that problem, but be careful this stuff is conductive, and will cause shorts if you're not careful about cutting it! As mentioned, itโs quite brittle, so donโt let any shards break off onto the motherboard, you may find the magic smoke makes an appearance when you thought everything was running just fine ;), some comments seem to suggest this has happened to people, so take your time and do it right! Update: 3 Months in, and happy to report, no degradation in temps up to now, great investment. Update: 12 Months on, still getting the same temps as I'd get during summer when using paste, other than hoovering dust off filters on the case I haven't had to take the CPU off at all in that time!, Buying another sheet to do my GPS next ;), wish me luck.

Brilliant things. Temps are fine.
I wished they invented these things sooner. Be careful cutting to fit. They are delicate and can split or crack. Can be a pain to keep straight when fitting heatsink. My cpu temps are fine as expected. Alls good. Use these all the time. Only things is not moving them when adding heatsinks. I use a dentists mirror to check when tightened to see if moved.

Incredible temperatures!
I was really sceptical about whether this could truly improve temperatures, but was amazed to see the results! On an Intel i7 8700, with a Thermalright AXP90-X47 cooler, I was getting idle temperatures of around 40c and loads temps over 80c using a generic paste. These were comparable to the i7's stock cooler. But with the same cooler and KryoSheet, I am seeing idle temps in the low 30's, and full load temps in the low 50's. That's a reduction of over 30 degrees! Given the 8700 is renowned for running hot, and I have it placed inside a tight itx Phantecs case, I am absolutely astounded at these results. For anyone else that uses this, keep in mind it seems to take about 10 minutes to settle under load after first installing it, so don't be disheartened by initial temps (it was idling at around 50 for me to begin with, then the temps dropped right down). I'll definitely be sticking to this in future builds. It's a bit tricky to cut down to size, and you have to be careful when installing the heatsink to avoid it slipping, but zero mess to clean and awesome temps!

Good performers
It is close to liquid metal(conduct) . The perfomance is impressive and easy to reuse if it is not baked on it. The direct die is perfect and easily to be reuse. The normal block on ihs it was baked on it ,but it was better perfomance than the thermal paste. It is not cheap solution, but easier to apply on it. Iam extreme overclocker. 13900ks on direct die hold on 5.9 ghz p cores all cores and 4.6 ghz on ecores all cores. Remp around 80-90 on the stress test with custom loop 420mm and 360mm rads thick rads.

No more paste.
Temperature matched my high performance paste but with a fraction of the effort to maintain and ability to move it makes it a no-brainer. Fit exactly as it said it would and quality seems high. I was cleaning my PC 6 months later and took the heatsink off to inspect, it's exactly the same as the day I got it.

Was looking for something else to try as thermal paste is very messy this works great Why did you choose this product over others?: As i said i was looking for something else other than thermal paste and cam across this Value for money: its a littlke pricey but in the long run your saving money as it never needs changing Size: It comes in a few sizes for different CPU types Make sure you do a little research to get the right size for your CPU type I got the 38x38 Which is perfect for AM4 Quality: Very good quality does the job well They are quite fragile so be careful Also unlike thermal paste they do conduct electricity so be careful not to drop it on any other part of your motherboard or you could end up with a fried motherboard

first off this comes with zero instructions on how to install but no matter there are many videos out there showing how to do this so that bit is ok i would guess so i installed this on a intel 14700K processor and ran a all core cpu stress test using OCCT testing software test run was for 10minutes at around 3 minute mark the cpu hit 100c which is thermal throttling i stop the test removed the cooler which is a AIO NZXT Kraken 280mm to check the position of the sheet it was spot on covering all the IHS removed the sheet repasted some Artic MX-6 paste reran the same test which it completed and the temps using the thermal paste hit a Max of 85c not happy with the performance of this product expected far better than this and i would not recommend this over thermal best wished i could have but this did not work for me and was a complete waste of money

good product I would recommend
Didn't think this would work but has perform quite well so far and does what it is supposed to much better than using paste which I hate using. using it on a AMD RYZEN 7 9800X 3D with a iCUE H150i ELITE LCD XT Display Liquid CPU Cooler and seems to be running sweet.

Quite expensive. But worth it, especially that you can re-use it (I assume) and saves you the mess of thermal paste

I have tried a couple of oversize versions of this thermal pad which required cutting to fit. That turned into a disaster each time. The pads simply broke up either when cut with scissors or when slid around to position it on the CPU. They are quite fragile but it was my fault on both occasions. I thought I'd give it one more go with the correct size for my CPU being back in stock. This pad came with a small tube of silicone (the others didn't) that assisted the pad the stay in place when placing it on the CPU. So, no cutting and no worrying about the pad sliding around on the CPU now that it had a drop of silicone to hold it in place. The thermals for the CPU (Ryzen 9950x3D) have dropped 1 degree from the thermal paste that was previously used ie 39 degrees down from 40 degrees while idling. Not a great deal of difference but the fact that I shouldn't have to worry about the thermal grease drying out over time is a bit of a consolation. Expensive when compared to thermal grease but peace of mind will make up for that (hopefully!). At this point I recommend the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet Graphene Thermal Pad and would use it in the future.
