I love this lotion. The scent is incredible and my skin feels so soft after I use it! The only problem is that the bottle I ordered had an issue where the pump wouldn’t properly open (and I made sure I was following the correct direction from the arrows). No big deal, I ordered a second bottle and figured I’d use that one until it ran out, then switch the pumps so I could more easily use the first bottle. But the second bottle’s pump also wouldn’t release! I figure that I just have the worst luck when it comes to ordering, or there’s some key instruction I’m getting wrong since no one else seems to have this issue. Either way, I don’t regret buying two bottles because the lotion is amazing—I just wish I had an easier time getting it out of the bottle!
