This faucet is much bigger than I thought it would be, but I am happy with that. It’s got a nice hefty weight to it, you can tell it is made of quality materials.The install is pretty straightforward. Theres a water line that come from each faucet knob, and attaches to your hot and cold water valves. These are easy to install like any other line. There is also a second water line that comes from each faucet knob, that connects to a mixing line, this is where the hot and cold combine the goes to the faucet. These lines connect with quick connect connections, making it super easy to connect this section.The only complaint I have is the manner in which the faucet and knobs are secured to the sink. Each piece uses a metal nut, that threads into them to secure them. However the metal nut has two screws, that are used to finish tightening. Now I understand to point if them, it isn’t so much to make it easy when installing, it’s more for if you ever need to remove one in the future. We all know how hard it can be to try to remove a nut up under a sink, that has been in there for years. With these types of nuts, if you ever need to remove one, you simply back the screws out a touch, and the nut should come off with ease.The removable sprayer is nice, the faucet somehow has insane flow, I have to keep it turns down from fill blast or it will spray water everywhere. However the angle makes it a bit odd to use. It’s fine for when you need to spray something inside the sink. But it’s kind of difficult to use when you are filling up something tall, the closer the item is to the faucet the harder it is to pull it out to spray. But honestly it doesn’t happen that often, it’s certainly not a reason to avoid this faucet.

Long time Prime member here.I love this faucet I ordered , the looks, function and quality. The Ione thing I did not like was the pull out hose, It had two option of spray or stream, but no off button, which is kind of inconvenient you have to use your other hand to turn off the water from the handle. I saw one of their other similar faucets designs had a pull out hose with the third button, the turn off button, . I looked up the company and emailed Customer Service., if that other pull out hose would work with my faucet and if so, could they send it to me I would pay..Julia responded and said yes that would work with my faucet I ordered , and asked for my address to send at no cost.. I thought that was really nice, and I received it and it fit perfectly and was exactly what I wanted.Great product and customer service, I highly recommend.

Bought this to replace a broken faucet in our camper and I'm very pleased for the price.It's made to hold up over time, the install was simple and straight forward. It even included instructions for those who need them. It fit perfectly and it's performance was better than the factory one I replaced. It has increased water pressure and that was an unexpected plus.

My daughter picked this out for us and it's very attractive in our kitchen. It gets a lot of use--we have a lot of people visiting and dining with us. After the first few weeks, it did start to leak where the cold handle met the sink, but thanks to other reviewers I knew to contact the company for help. They responded immediately. I sent them a couple of videos of the leak and they promptly sent me a replacement, which has worked wonderfully for a month now. I'd always choose good customer service like this over almost anything else and would buy from them again. Very happy with this faucet and the company.

I love this faucet! It’s beautiful, sleek and modern. The handles feel weighted and not cheap when you turn them on and off. The faucet sprayer hose easily retracts and the spray function has ample pressure to properly clean grime from dirty dishes. The installation was easy and it looks very high end.

Don't buy anything that uses these cheap micky-mouse quick disconnects. Just another way to make things cheap. The disconnects are plastic snap on things that could easily pop off under any pressure. I had this happen once so far. May be that I bumped the hose while I was working under the sink. Either way it is a crappy cheap way to connect hoses. Given it is plastic it will fail eventually and spray water everywhere. I am going to look for brands that don't use these stupid quick connects. Regular stainless steel connectors are the way to go. Plastic will get brittle with age and as small and cheap as these quick connects are, they will break eventually. Also after having this in a while, the faucet handles will move. Very difficult to get them tight enough to keep them from moving. Needed to replace the Philips head screws with 6mm hex head bolts so I could at least try to get them tight enough. This was a real pita to install.

Revising my former review as we were able to install this faucet - and it's great once installed! The problem is that multiple pieces were damaged from prior use or had manufacturing issues. I recommend buying two faucets to ensure you have backup parts - then you can return one full unit containing any defective items. Granted - customer service is quick in shipping replacement parts - but in our case, we had to go without hot water for 4 days while waiting for those (we happen to have a leaking hot water valve that is a non-issue unless waiting for parts to connect a new hose). In our case the following parts were defective: 1) Locknuts for both hot and cold handles were for a different model and didn't fit as a result. 2) The hose weight was rusted and had some scuff marks indicating it had been used/installed before. 3) The cold water handle had a manufacturing defect that prevented the handle from opening and closing correctly (it didn't have a gap that should have been present by design; as a result, turning the handle was difficult and caused the metal to shave off with every turn)

It's a beautiful faucet. Powerful too.
