Works really well for making gluten-free bread. I haven’t used instant yeast before and I was dubious mixing it directly into the dry ingredients but I am converted by the convenience and time saved. The two sealed packs have a long expiry date, though now I’ve opened one I have to store it in an airtight container in the fridge to keep it fresh and the pack says to use it within 2 months. I suspect I’ll end up throwing some away unless I go on a bread making binge, but I will still have the second sealed pack.

We found that the yeast produced a nicely risen loaf in our bread maker. Delivery to here in Italy was efficient and quick . We will continue to use this product.

Probably the best bread making bread.

Have used this yeast before it is first class. However, Amazon delivery was awful, notified delivered to letterbox when in fact it was left on the ground at the end of our driveway in full view of anyone passing.
