We are doing a lot of DIY around the house so we all know that children like to copy and get involved.We got fed up of our little boy nicking our tools and unsafe, so we decided to get him some wooden tools for his self.He loves this set so much, he goes round the house trying to fix everything he can see.The quality is fantastic, it’s a decent size and the retail price is really reasonable. I mean sometimes you wonder what the kid has built, but that just reinforces that this toy set is great for developing the imagination/creativity of children. The different parts included with this toy means that it fills you with a confidence that it is definietly a toy that develops fine motor skills.But putting all the practical stuff aside... this toy is just full of fun!!

I’m not exactly the best at DIY… but to my little boy, I’m the best (let’s just make that very clear right now) and so he really wants to be like me, and so this now allows him to be, so let’s review it…First of all, the quality - it’s brilliant, there’s something about wooden toys which just screams quality and craftsmanship, so the fact that this is wooden, it’s brilliant. The wood is really nicely put together, it’s really sturdy and smooth, so there’s no risk of injury or splinters or anything like that. There’s a few plastic elements in here also, and they all fit together like a nice big jigsaw, plus the wooden tools fit into the plastic elements nice and tightly and allow you to twist, screw and tighten them with ease.You can also re-jig everything to make your own creations too (like in the pictures), which is a really good added bonus also! However, my little boy is using this as a portable toolbox to help me when I’m (horribly) doing DIY around the house.All in all, this is fantastic and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great gift for their kids or nephews, etc - a solid 10/10 for me when it comes to this.

I am reviewing this workbench as an Amazon vine member but I try out everything I review. This a nice toy, It’s wooden but also has some intregal plastic parts. The wooden screwdriver turns the plastic screws which fit easily in the plastic bolts. There is a variety of holes for the plastic nails or screws. The hammer screwdriver and saw are a good weight for little hands but not too heavy. These also have no rough edges I can run my fingers against the saw blades. The workbench also turns over to transform into a toolbox - the handle is added by using two holed pieces of wood and screws and bolts. There is a clamp at the side - just like my husband’s workstation. It’s a great tactile retro children’s toy and can be taken outside or inside. The colours are engaging. I will definately get this out when the grandkids visit so they can ‘work’ alongside Grandad.

I got this for my youngest nephew to play with - he loves it and can "copy" his dad who uses grown-up versions of the tools in his day job.The quality is very good; all of the wooden elements are very smooth, no danger of splinters or sharp bits. The quality is very good and it's a lovely toy.I did assume that everything in the box was made of wood, but there are a few plastic pieces. It didn't really bother me but just an FYI in case you were trying to get something 100% wooden!The price is reasonable I think considering the quality, and my nephew is pleased so I'm pleased.

this is a very nicely finished well made tool station for little hands. It is recommended between 3to 5 years old. It comes very nicely packed and quick. It has a carrier bag in the box and has a total 30 pcs of wooden toys. Easy to use. Keeps them occupied and busy. Helps them learn the tools and be creative. Ideal gift idea for Christmas or birthdays. Good Value for money sturdy lightweight toy.
