FitBALL Body Ball (9 inch)

I began using one of these at my Physical Therapist office. I had to "limber up" first thing at each visit. I loved it so much, I bought all of my family one for Christmas. This appears round but it is more flatter and rounded, easy to sit on. This helped limber up my neck and shoulders, hips, before I had the chiropractor work on me.
