I love these! I put a bottle of water in the freezer for a very short time just to get a bit frozen but not solid frozen. I put a packet in and shake it up and I have a slushie! Great taste and sugar free and gives me the electrolytes I need. I’ve honestly felt better since I started drinking these, only one a day but I love them.

This item tastes so much better than the pre made version of this product. It mixes well in water. The strawberry flavor is very good. Like these pre made packets for easy transport.
