Amazing light!!
I am super impressed with this light :)The ability to change the lights brightness, colors & set it on a timer isn’t necessarily any better than other lights on the market but it works perfectly nonetheless! The brightness on this light is superb & better than any of the other aquarium lights I own. The remote is on the plug line so you won’t be able to change it from across the room but honestly I have one of those on my other tank & I only ever use it while right next to the tank so I’ve opted to not worry about that feature when purchasing lights like these. The suction cups are subpar but my lids have a slight curve so I’d assume that has a bit of an effect ** pro tip if using out of the water, put a bit of vaseline or aquaphor on them & they’ll stay on even a curved surface! **I’ve got minibow tanks (two 5 gal, one 2.5 gal) & I despise the basic lights that come with the tank I mean they’re fine but don’t have any brightness adjustment or timers so I always swap it out for a suction on light. My 5 gallon is the newest tank for my koi betta, Pablo Picasso. I took the suction light off the temp 2.5 gal & put it on this one & honestly it was dreadful - see the pic where Pablo is on the left side of the tank that was the previous light on FULL brightness. I couldn’t even enjoy the beauty of Pablo’s koi colors & knew my plants were going to struggle. So I realized the replacement light I got for the 2.5 which is this light was crazy bright for that tank. I legit was keeping it at minimum brightness as it’s in my room & it was still blinding at night. I swapped the lights today & WOW what a difference!! The second pic where Pablo is on the right side of the tank is with this new light not even on 100% brightness. The difference is insane I can now watch my fishy better from across the room! I will be going with this light brand for any aquariums in the future!

Super nice product
This is a super nice little light.(7 inch for small tank)The company messaged me when I ordered it and said it was a new product so I figured they could use a review. It has a lot of functionality without needing any sort of added controller. Can set a timer, change colors, or put through an automatic 24hr day/night cycle based on your local time, which is what I'm doing now. The light goes from, off at night, to morning type colors, slowly getting brighter through the day, and then towards a blue moonlight and back to off automatically. It was reasonably easy to set up, though the text on the switch is a little small.99% awesome. Only thing I would add is a little more downward tilt to the suction cups so it doesn't aim at your face because it's very bright.

Very small but perfect for my application
Using it in a six gallon beta tank. It really helps show off the fish and the aquascape. The tank originally came with a huge led all white light and wasn’t dimmable it was way to bright and the fish hated it. This is color adjustable and dimmable with a 24 hour function. Sweet little light for the price

Great light
Works well! It was a bit hard to get the remote figured out, but once I did it was easy. Lots of colors too, fun for the kids to watch the colors change if you put it on that setting. Has not flickered at all, and seems to be 100% water proof. The brightness is very adjustable, too. Overall seems to be a great and durable light.

Fantastic lighting for my aquarium
My aquarium light of 13 years failed recently and the cost to replace it with the same one was twice what I paid for it originally. So I looked for something else and what I found was simply fantastic! The 24/7 feature is stunning and my fish respond to it like I've never seen before. I'm pleased to highly recommend this aquarium light to anyone interested in exploring the latest advances in aquarium lighting. The price is very reasonable, too, at half the replacement cost of my failed light. A win-win for me and my fish!

Lasted almost exactly 1 year
I bought this in March of 2024. It completely stopped working 2 days ago, So it definitely loses points for durability. As far as while it was working, the light itself was great. I usually only used it for 24-hour mode to simulate natural light pattern. The remote control is confusing as heck. If you ever lose power in your house for any reason or have to unplug it for any amount of time, you have to reset it back to where you had it because it doesn't remember the settings that you had. Every time I had to do this it turned into a 20 minute ordeal. And if you want the 24-hour mode to actually line up with the time of day then sometimes you have to wait wait up to an hour or more to set it to get the time of day to line up with the hours available on the remote, otherwise you end up with sunset or sundown being an hour or two off. Cord length was plenty long enough to wrap it around the tank and plug it in, it seemed pretty water resistant. Never had any issues with flickering or light issues. Other than the fact that it only lasted a year, the value for the money being that it wasn't super expensive seems like it was okay, But I shouldn't have to buy one every single year.

Good automatic 24/7 lighting.
Easy to program the 24/7 cycle works great. The additional white light seems to be causing algae growth and can’t adjust the brightness on the 24/7 cycle.
