KAMACHI CT-500 Magnetic Cross Trainer…

Excellent service and product

Kamachi CT500 is a good product and total value for your money. The cross trainer works silently. No noise at all. I am using it since a month. The build quality is good too, however there are few areas where it would have been much better. Looking at the price, I shouldn't complain. Buyer needs to install the cross trainer with the help of the manual. It is tricky and requires two people to make things easy. Deciphering the manual is a bit difficult, but for me the installation was enjoyable. Quality of parts is good, plastic quality could have been better. Packaging was awesome.Seller Kumar Sports Works from Jalandar did a good job. The delivery was delayed a bit, however it was due to lethargic attitude of Blue Dart courier guys. For prospective buyers, go ahead with the purchase, you wont regret it.

The product accessories has missing pls help me for this issue

Got delivery with a missing part i.e. tension level adjustment knob. Got it installed after having paid 1500 bucks, & found out that a part was missing due to which not able to adjust the tension level & intensity of workout. Machine lying idle since purchase & issue raised within 24 hours of receiving delivery. Still waiting for reverse pickup but no positive response from Amazon. They are passing the ball onto the seller. What to do...No way out....!!

I had to pay Octroi tax on this (about Rs. 1500 cash, when it was delivered). Ideally, this should have been included in the original price, or I should have gotten a warning about this.

Good product !! Runs smoothly .. The only issue is that no one comes for the assembly of the product !! However it isn't very tough !! A two person job , and the assembly can be done in an hour or so .. Good workout equipment - light and easy to use.
