NEAMVCT Bread Proofer Warming Mat and Warming Box, Sourdough Dough Proofer for Fermenting - for Making Bread, Baked, Warm

We used this mainly for sourdough and holiday bread during the season. It works great! One night we left our seemingly dead sourdough starter in it overnight and it brought it back to life! Certainly made a mess, which was easy enough to clean up. I would recommend this to anyone who has trouble finding warm spots for rising in their home. Game changer for us.

Still not sure I understand how this works. I think PO is like turning it on so I set that for 25d Celsius and then P1 is the desired temp? So I set that at 27d? The QR code send you to a Chinese website and instruction video so not very helpful. Kinda flying blind here…

I am very happy with this product, because it is so versatile. At the current time, I am using it to make Kombucha. I am going to use it to ferment yogurt & Kimchi. Of course Bread Proofing is a Given!. In our country many months of the year are cooler, and all the above, require a constant temperature range of 73°F to 78°F. It is so easy to set up, I spent less than 5- minutes. If you need any help, post your concern, I will be happy to help-out. Great Buy, hands down. An additional info: I am keeping low temperature of 18 Celsius and high temperature of 21.5 C, my ambient room temperature is 50 F. I will need to adjust it as spring approaches. thus far it has been a perfect 73 f to 80 f range at the aforementioned setting. My first batch is a perfect 100% success. I could not be happier, so low of power consumption too. I hope it helps.

Didn't like the settings being in Celsius 1st off. 2nd they only tell you what some of the settings are not all of them. 3rd ly the temperature automatically goes to the highest setting no matter what options you choose so its garbage. 4th issue is the zipper us difficult to use, sticks in several spots and feels like it will break. Also where you attach the power adapter is difficult to get it into the temperature unit.

I don’t know why there are bad reviews on this item. I have used this many times and it is outstanding. You don’t need to do any adjustments,just plug it in and that’s it. You can customize the adjustment but the instructions aren’t very cleanse to do this. This item is worth more than the asking price.
