i'm impressed! this thing worked great! i purchased another brand before this that was only up to to 2300psi not realizing my machine was a 2500psi. bought this to replace that one, as it did not work very well at all. this did the job! cleaned my driveway and rough stone cement walkway spectacularly! it said used but i couldn't tell. came with everything and looked new. worth every penny! it looked like there was a pressure reducer in the connector, on the head. i removed that before using. held in with a simple snap ring. it's stainless steel all around and on wheels.. seems like very good quality and durability. as for noise, i can't hear anything over my super loud pressure washer and ear protection.. great product! saved me sooo much time and back pain!

Bought this as a gift for my dad and he loves it. It works really well and makes cleaning concrete so much faster and easier than using a regular pressure washer tip. The wheels help it glide smoothly and the coverage is great. Solid, well-made, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

I've used this for a few hours so far. I hope longevity isn't an issue, because it works great now. I got the 20" and was looking at the 24". I'm glad I didn't get the bigger one because for a 700 sq foot deck and even a large concrete inground pool deck, 20" is as big as I'd want. With this unit, I could easily do my 100' driveway and wouldn't miss the extra 4". If you have small to moderate-sized areas, I'd suggest the more compact 14" unit. I'm really happy with the evenness of the cleaner vs streaking with a wand and nozzle. With my 3,100 psi gas pressure washer it does a great job with significant power, but it wouldn't remove algae spots on my concrete pool deck. I wouldn't call that a flaw because I had to use a rotating power head with needle spray to remove that stubborn stuff. Edges are tough or will need to be cleaned separately if you can't get close enough. You'll also need to spray the area afterward because the dirt isn't blown outside of the broomed edges. Assembly was very easy, and there were no leaks in the unit. When I'm finished with it for the day, I blow some air through the lines so water doesn't sit in there, and store it with the trigger handle locked open to drain. Noise isn't an issue because the pressure washer engine is much louder than the spray.

Works pretty good so far. Much easier than trying to clean just using regular power washer tips.

Here's why I think homeowners with smaller landscapes would be best served by the 14" model. If you already own a pressure washer, water hose, and other necessities, you're set. This surface cleaner comes with a variety of attachments. Its universal size makes it compatible with most pressure washers, and it fits my 2000 psi GreenWorks pressure washer flawlessly. The smooth-rolling wheels are one of the best qualities; they perform remarkably well on concrete and brick sidewalks alike. When I first got the surface cleaner, I was worried that the stainless steel pipe connecting it to the washer wand would be flimsy and eventually break or bend. But the smooth running of the wheels reduces resistance, so the pipe is under relatively little strain. Me and my wife finds the cleaning procedure to be pretty enjoyable and has been using it with ease for more than two hours at a time. Although some advise going with larger models, there are a few reasons why I think the 14" size is better. It is lighter and easier to handle thanks to its lower radius. The stainless steel pipe is less likely to be damaged thanks to the four wheels, which ensure smooth rolling. This is especially important for larger versions that may stumble over uneven terrain. Though such professional models can be very expensive, if you like a larger cleaner, take into consideration a model with additional reinforcement between the surface cleaner and the pressure washer wand. I bought this to clean mold from my driveway and sidewalks each spring. This takes a quarter of the time to clean as opposed to using the wand. That is a huge savings in gas and water. This will pay for itself in just a few uses.

I found this surface cleaner for for the price, the only negative was I was unable to find where to purchase the pressure nozel tips for replacements should they be required.
