The massage effect with heating function makes me feel very relaxed, especially on my shoulders and back. 5D kneading massage is simply enjoyable, which relieves my fatigue after working for a long time, and the pain in my legs and feet is also significantly reduced. It's a great relaxation massager!

It works as far as massaging and heating. The only problem is that it is pretty large and bulky. This can make it a little awkward to position comfortably.

I'm definitely on the fence with this one.Ordered this and immediately took it out of the box to use once it arrived.It feels nice, then hurts and then feels nice again!It definitely works out some kinks in my back and neck but does feel uncomfortable at times.It's pretty easy to use and on the plus side you can use it all over your body.Most of my pain is in my lower back and it works wonderfully in that aspect. On my neck - it's a love/hate kind of thing.The heat function works but for me it's barely noticeable.I'm that person that keeps heating blankets and pads on 10 all the time!I really like how the massager rotates clockwise and counterclockwise.This is a great massager and would absolutely make a good gift for someone searching for an item like this!At $46 it's worth every penny as I feel as though it will last for quite some time making it and durable and practical product.

I am impressed with this back massager/shoulder kneader for few reasons. First, it actually is a little more compact than I expected it to be. The sides that hang down towards your arms are made of a flexible material so you can fold it up and store it back in the box. The kneading component is very strong and massages pretty well for almost a deep tissue massage. As you pull the sides down, it can get stronger. It also can be moved around your back or lower body and used in different areas for a total body massage. My only complaint is the buttons are up by the shoulder so once it’s on your shoulders, you cannot see what you are pressing without removing it. Just need to make sure you tie your hair up because they can get caught in the massager.

I like this massager for its massage feature. There are multiple modes and they do feel like premium massage chairs with balls rolling around your shoulders/back. It is relaxing and helps with knots/muscle pain. It is corded, but the cable is long enough for me.The heat function doesn't work for me at all. Even though it lights up, it never gets warm. I wish it did because that would make this a great combination.

I love that this plugs in and isn't battery operated, because honestly, sometimes I get irked about having to charge so many batteries. It seems a bit odd to put your hands through the straps at first, but trust me, it's so nice! I absolutely love than I can adjust where I want the massager because of the straps, and also adjust the pressure. This is really nice and I'll be using it a lot!

The media could not be loaded.  I was very skeptical because every other neck, back or foot massager we've purchased has been very week and underwhelming. This one is AMAZING 🤩 This is the first one that really digs in and feels like it's actually massaging. The arm straps are great because you can pull them and make it dig deeper or loosen them for a softer massage. The arm straps also help keep it in place or move it around easily, while still being able to use your phone or remote. It has a power button, speed button, heat button and reverse rotation button. This is one of the best products I've gotten in a long time and will be recommending it to everyone. I've used it every day since we got it and it has helped so much with my sore neck & shoulders after work. This has been such a good find...if you're on the fence, buy it!

I'm not sure I like this neck massager. The motor seems weak. If I pull down on the handles, I can almost stop the motor and I already feel like the three speed settings are slow, slower and slowest. The multi-level knobs seem like a good idea, but the tallest one is the only one you really feel. And there is NO heat. Yes, the red light comes on, but no heat comes out at all. Why am I on the fence? Because the slow doesn't overwork your neck and I don't get bruises from 15 minutes of use. I have another massager that I usually need a couple weeks to recover from, but that massager really gets my knots out in one use.
