So far very happy with these tart pans. I used them to make some chocolate chip cookies in the air fryer and they turned out great will work wonderfully to make ice cream sandwiches. The size is perfect and the are non stick so that makes cleaning super easy.

Received this 9 in. tart pan yesterday and I am surprised at the quality. Heavy to the touch, meaning it's sturdy and well made, not heavy as in cumbersome. I forgot to butter the creases and my tart still released like a dream. Have made 15 so far for a bake sale and have had professional results each time. Package was secure and all items in photo were in there. Ordered from seller on multiple occasions and have never once been less than ecstatic with my items. I highly recommend these pans.

I bought new but it came with some scruffs and scratches already. Otherwise, great for what I need it for. Will rust if you don’t dry them properly, but that would be user error. They are non stick, sturdy, and very good quality. I have bought 3 sets as this is the best deal for the quantity and quality that I could find on amazon.

Ok, these are great, good size for a single dessert, I think that 5" tart pans would be great too. To make graham crackers crust, use 3 Cups of crushed graham crackers and 9 Tablespoons of refrigerated butter. Bake at 325F in convection oven for 5min. Remove and use spoon to press down the bottom of crust and the sides. Put back in oven for 4 to 5min again and remove and repress with spoon. This will make a great looking and usable flat crust to hold the filling. Not doing this two step solution will yield a puffed up crust hard to fill properly.

These work perfectly. I've only used once, with leftover tart dough. Easy to get out, crisp bottom (not soggy!), nicely browned. No oil or butter needed (at least with my tart dough). I can't wait to use them again. I love cutting a recipe down and making smaller amounts. Or pretty individual portions. (The ugly peach filling is all my fault. Don't blame the tart pan.)

I had a set before and in a move ended up with only 2. I ordered this set and I am so happy with them. They are not cheap quality. Very sturdy and non-stick. Perfect for tarts.

This tart pan says in description and on delivery box that it is 9 inch. It is not. It measures precisely 7-3/4inch.

Theses are ok but will leak. If you’re using a greasy dough or a graham and butter crust, you need to use a baking tray.
