Very good quality picture only problem no speaker.

They give a blurry, poor quality image; the worst Dome camera , It doesn't have sound either. Money wasted—give me a refund.

Ordered 2, one died in a week. The cable for power/Ethernet/reset makes installation more difficult than it should be.

Initial setup was easy. Let me be VERY clear, I did not use Windows, Android, or I-whatever. I determined the IP address from the router, pointed a browser at it. Then I poked around the menus. The only thing I changed was the timezone (at least initially). I opened my favorite viewer VLC (free) and then I had issue. I could not find a way to connect to obtain the feed. I did ask the community, no response. I did a bit of reading (30-45 minutes) with the assumption that it would support a H264 stream then stumbled across a VERY common thread for noname and generic cameras. rtsp://admin:[email protected]/11 (please change your username and password after you have it tweaked) Shortest version of story; IT WORKS WELL, it does not REQUIRE a cloud based service, and it is inexpensive. I had Zero luck with automatic connects at least at the local device level. I did not try anything outside my private IP space. I then connected Zoneminder to the camera using same rtsp:// connect as described above Outstanding results, again without a cloud based account. I enjoy an excellent field of view out to about 400 feet where it just loses usefulness. I will purchase more of these.

Lots of nice features for the price. Unfortunately pan and tilt controls are not 2 of them. This was not stated. Would have paid a little more and bought another model. Still a nice camera, just need a ladder and screwdriver to pan and tilt.

i've used this camera for a little over half a year. It worked well with all the advertised feature. When there was a problem With the IR LED lights that were dead and so i can only use this camera during day time, i was taken care of. The image quality is still good, just not at night for me. the seller reached out to me and replaced a new camera for me in good faith even though my purchase was pass the warranty period. Good service deserves a 5 stars from me. Side note: i bought that camera when it was $45, now it is lower, i would consider it a good price for this camera.

I installed two of these today for a customer who was expanding an older system. We were immediately impressed by the hard metal case. Put four deck screws in this camera's mounting bracket and it would probably survive a baseball bat. Zoom and focus were easy to adjust and the light sensor was very responsive. The nice thing about these cameras is that they're not covered by plastic domes that would otherwise become dull or reflect the LEDs back into the lens.

I bought a couple of these through time and installed them in my Garage. The first failed after about 3 months during the winter and I put this down to electronic failure and this just sometimes happens. However, the second has failed in exactly the same way. The IR function stops working yet all other elements are ok. When looking at the LEDs you see that they are all of bar one. This is the same fault as found on the first Camera. Cold weather seems to kill this Camera and while not exposed to any elements the circuit fails if you go below 0 Celcius for any period of time it appears.
