I bought these for a pair of Shimano SPD SL pedals. They pop into place very easily and they have a good tight fit. It's just as easy to remove them as well. I'm giving 4* because my shoes do slip on them occasionally, so I'd like the grip to be better. Very good otherwise

Went with these so a family member can use my stationary bike and they were the cheapest at time of purchase. It has Look Keo pedals but the plates didn't quite fit.Had to modify them a bit with a Dremel to get them to fit but it might just be an issue with my specific pedals, hence the 3*. Also once made to fit they are fine.

I like the idea of turning your clips into a pair of flatties for that impromptu commute or sneaker clad adventure. However a few reservations… firstly £12 feel’s a little steep for two pieces of plastic no matter how useful. Secondly the plastic its self is slippery when wet - perhaps a few studs would benefit. The description is a bit vague and listed as SPD fitting - this is SPD SL and not MTB which is what I was after I can use them for the road bike but to be honest maybe I’ll just get some proper dual pedals
