I use these to help with my fibromyalgia and physical pain stuff. Usually my days consist of wake up, ingest a bunch of caffeine coffee and then power up through the day. This has eliminated my having to fuel up through the day with caffeinated fluids and made it quicker to get on my feet. I recommend this with meals and fluid intake but it works well and I am comfortable throughout the day. It's 200mg of caffeine like one strong energy drink. I take 1 or 2 and then start my day. It takes about a hour to 30 minutes to get charged up for my day. But it's a swallow pill and it tastes similar to taking my bayer aspirin. No sticky or weird stuff it's just a plain pill. I personally don't get jittery and do not have have super side effects with it. But I have health stuff that has a wave of everything. So I just recommend cereal or meals after taking this to balance out the caffeine and everything as the body digests it. Then caffeine free fluid intake and food at night will fade off the effects for sleep as you unwind. It's a little bit of a science with everything but if you need caffeine these are like a monster mocha or java coffee so 1 pill is one drink and 2 pills is 2 drinks. If you are sensitive to 200mg caffeine drinks then the effects will be different than mine and only take 1 at a time. It says take one daily, so just read the instructions and be careful with taking more than one. I get too much caffeine if I take 2 and too many extra energy drinks. My caffeine intake is usually 400 to 800 mg on a bad day. So anything over 1 of these in 24 hours is strong and I myself have been careful not to exceed too much caffeine ontop of these because then you can get nauseous and have a bad time.

Anytime you ingest something like this, you should always under all circumstances consider body weight/height and take as recommended accordingly. A lot of complaints can be directly related to that with any form of supplements or medicines. Saying that, if taken for the right reasons and in conjunction with your physiology, the benefits are actually noticeable. I work at the computer a lot under extreme mental processing and I often run into a fatigue that almost borderline makes me want to fall asleep. Sure a cup of coffee can keep a person going, but also can contribute to fatigue as well I have learned depending on the situation. This supplement kind of hand and hand with the random cup of coffee keeps me focused on the task at hand. No more of that somatic, mental trail off that can happen so easily for me. I do make sure to eat with and I do not push taking more than one at a time. If I do take more during the day, I specifically wait hours at a time. (Minimum of 3 hours and dependent on caffeine intake up to that point; a key is tracking the mgs of caffeine you ingest during any 24 hour period which I highly recommend) I think ultimately taking this when you know you have to do something that demands the extra focus or endurance only actually boosts the efforts on your part to sustain. I do not encounter heavy crashes, or anything outside the mild side effects of caffeine intake in general, which was key for me to consistently take. So I do recommend, but with the disclaimer that every single person is different and how we react to a supplement or likewise can be different. Taken responsibly (like anything else in life), this is a very economical and surefire way to keep your mind and body on track when it's just not there otherwise. In a very demanding, critical situation, this can be a game changer for yourself. Always though, if you are having a bad reaction, stop taking immediatedly. Luckily for the price point, there is little risk to trying and seeing for your individual self regardless.

Only caffeine pill I will purchase. Easy to take. Nothing fancy but energy. Good boost pre workout or for a pick me up later in the day. Good value and no issues with stomach.

It's a high-quality, effective source of caffeine. Very important not to take too much of it, as it can raise blood pressure and cause cardiac arrhythmia.

I bought 2 of different brands, the other one works, but this one doesn't as I wish. After taking it I have energy but it goes away quickly and then I get sleepy and have little energy again. maybe it should try with 2 pills (bit it says that only one per day)
