I’ve been using this for a few months now, and it’s been a comfortable and well-made addition to my self-care routine, especially for relaxing at home. I use it when I get a very painful bulging disc and before painful period's. Pros: the organic cotton flannel feels soft and breathable against the skin, the strap design helps keep it securely in place without shifting, and the overall quality feels durable and thoughtfully made. I also appreciate that it’s reusable and easy to incorporate into a calming routine. Cons: the straps may take a little adjusting the first time to get the right fit, and it does require gentle care when washing to keep the fabric in good condition, cut the straps if you find them too long. Get a good organic castor oil! Tip: get a good organic castor oil to match. I've actually given these as gift for friend who have had painful cysts. Good quality and soft straps that secure the wrap really well. Comfortable to wear overnight. I use a separate piece of flannel or cloth baby diaper to line the wrap and help it last longer.

This is the best thing for a liver pack. It is large enough for any size abdomen. It's thick enough so that castor oil is absorbed onto fabric and abdomen, won't go on clothing or pajamas. Washable. Comfortable. It is well made and highly effective for what I used it for, a liver pack. I wore this for several nights and totally forgot I had it on.

I get why there's so much long strap, so it can be more universal but it definitely doesn't make it easy to use or sleep in. Seems a bit excessive and I'm not a small waisted person. I find myself not really using it as much as other items because of the hassle of the strap. I like that it's all organic cotton and appreciate that I've hurt. Perhaps it needs to be more thoughtfully designed so easier to use means more consistently used.

works perfect for what I want this unit for. can put a microfiber underneath to keep castor oil away from my clothes and is adequate to cover the entire chest or back area (invidually).

Well, this is the third Castro oil pack set that I’ve bought from Amazon that is advertised as organic and is not. This fender wind as far as to lie and say it was USDA certified, which is a logo that then would require to be built on the packaging and it is not. I thought that being a US based company I might have more luck than some of the Chinese based companies, but a lot of of them just put their stuff in an LLC and have a mailing address so that we don’t know it’s from another country. Do yourself a favor and buy a Castro oil pack somewhere besides Amazon. The whole point is to pull toxins from your body and you can’t really do that well when you’re not using organic fabric, you’re supposed to use organic flannel or organic cotton because otherwise it’s filled with pesticides and chemicals and really defeating the purpose of doing the treatment. Shame on you Amazon for not monitoring your vendors better.

I'm a big fan of Queen of Thrones products! The organic cotton wrap is easy to wear and easy to wash. I have purchased this item a couple of times as gifts for my friends and would purchase again. Quality product.

Material is soft, but the ties make it uncomfortable for sleeping and I worry all night that it's going to shift around and leak.
