Mushrooms is good for yous
A very good lil mushroom to add to your supplement regimen. Good for cognitive function but I also notice an increase in focus when working out 30 minutes after consuming. I take them about once a week, sometimes twice if I am in a brain fog.

Great value and works as directed.
This is the second Lions Mane product i’ve used because i usually get the trunature kind from costco, but they were out so i needed to get another one and i bought this. It works! i like that i can take 1 to 2k mg a day and get a brain boost for my day. It really makes me sharper and this product i received was legit.

Great value, quality supplement
I've done a little research and have been taking lions mane mushroom supplements for awhile now. These have been easy to swallow and I like having a bulk order. Good value and quality.

drop in day to day anxiety
I'm not a big believer in all these things nor do i need it BUT, the one big difference that i noted was a drop in day to day anxiety after the 4th day...........just day to day observation............just 1 pill a day. So make what you want of this observation.......

Wow, one of the few supplements with tangible results. Price is right, helps with focus and sleep
after avoiding trying Lion's Mane Mushroom Extract for years, I finally gave it a try and I like the results. Use one capsule during early day for added focus during intense mental focus activity, and another before going to sleep (along with Magnesium L-Threonate, and a chamomile tea) for a much improved sleep quality; same short hours, but much improved sleep quality (notable higher numbers on REM and Deep sleep, using an Apple Watch to measure (with is notorious of understimating the deep sleep cycles). I have dreams again :-). I shared my experience with a close friend, shared a good amount of capsules, and he noticed similar results immediately (unlike other products that you need to be in for weeks or months to feel any effects). Will be buying more. This brand meets my third-party testing and other requirements, and it is very well priced, therefore I will order more. This is my personal experience. I hope sharing my experience helps others. Cheers
