Works great. My chiropractor used a similar tool to do a fascial release technique on my very tight calves with a dramatic result. He suggested that I could do it myself, but the tool he uses sells for upwards of $400.00. I saw this and it looked similar, but who can tell from a picture? So I took a chance, and I was super impressed by the build and heft of this thing as soon as I opened the package. I was pleased by the ease of use and the contours of the various edges to fit into those tight muscles. I am a former massage therapist, and I wish I had found this tool when I was still practicing- it is a wonderful tool for stripping muscles.

This massage tool does a good job of releasing the tightness built up in my forearm from my desk job. It is portable and I can easily bring it to work and massage whenever needed. The tool is comfortable to hold and the different curvatures are very versatile. I have a history of tight IT bands and it easily fits to the contour of my legs, while the rounded ball tip can also pinpoint specific areas.

This product is well worth the money! I am a certified hand therapist and work with a variety of upper extremity conditions. All the different curves conform well to various parts of the hand and arm and the double beveled edge works well. The quality of this product is great, especially at this price point!

Have had this now for 6+ months. Metal is sturdy, but uncomfortable to hold in my hands, dimensions of product make it hard to get a good grip, even harder if using lotion or oil with the tool. The edges are too sharp for holding securely and comfortably.

I am very happy with the purchase overall. It is versatile and has nice weight. The only downside is it did not come with a case or bag and it is a bit slippery to grasp while in use.

I go to my local reflexology to sort out my tight shoulders, they basically release the tightness by running their elbow along my shoulder blades, it hurts but really relieves the strain and lack of mobility that builds up in them. Anyway, I've found this product is pretty good to achieve the same-ish results at home. I basically use a cow-face-arms posture with this tool in my upper arm, and run the knob end and flat end along my shoulder blades. I like the tool's grip, and It does relieve the tension, so I'm happy. It's not as effective as my masseuse, but it keeps my shoulder blades tension free, longer, in between visits. This tool is now an essential item on my office desk.

This is the 2nd time I am buying this product because my hosuekeeper like it so well that she took it! This tool is absoutely my favorite becuase I can scrape just about anywhere on my person with ease. One side has a more exaggerated curve which gets deeper into tissues. As an athlete and a bodywork professional, this is my go-to tool for soft tissue work.
