Amazing hand cream, non scented and very moisturizing for my extra dry eczema hands. My favorite part is that it is in an aluminum tube. So no micro/nano plastic is leaching into the hand cream.

I wash my hands frequently for work and in the winter my hands get really dry. This cream has been amazing, with it being Vegan and Fragrance Free and Dermatologist-Tested! However, the tube is lasting me about 2-3 weeks and I'm not sure if I'm willing to spend $76 a month on hand cream. I do like the texture of my hands after applying the cream, no greasy residue like other creams/lotions.

I wasn't sure about this at first, but after consistent nightly use, I definitely noticed a difference in the appearance of the tops of my hands. I am mid 40s and was noticing my hands were starting to look crepey. I starting using this every single night, just a little more than a pea size on the tops of each hand, and by the end of the 1st tube my hands looked so much healthier. I have repurchased and put on a subscription. It's worth the price and lasts a long time. You do not need to use a lot and should only concentrate on the tops of your hands.

This lotion is really good, after consecutive use I definitely notice a difference. However the price is CRIMINAL imo. It’s not scented, which is my preference bc I have very sensitive skin; also the texture is great it doesn’t leave a greasy film on your hands. If you have the money and don’t mind splurging I say get it. Being a healthcare worker though I’m always washing my hands, and they’re almost raw in the winter, which is why I wanted this product. However, bc I wash my hands so much at work I don’t think it’s worth it to use it there(I don’t get any immediate benefit from the lotion). I noticed on a vacation after a consecutive week of use how much softer my hands were. Take this for what you will, I just think for my purposes it’s not worth the price.

I've been searching for the most effective hand cream to battle wrinkles and crepe on my hands - I'm 60, so it's becoming something I want to address. After a LOT of research, in all reports, this creme Necessaire is tops along with Thera-plush. I bought both to do a side by. Thera-plush is about 2x as much, but with only .05% retinol, compared to Necessaire at .25%. The additional ingredients are the other consideration. I won't list them all, but both are excellent for wrinkles and to protect. They both feel smooth, and visibly 'plump' the skin (long term results won't happen for 12 weeks or so). I do prefer the Necessaire because it edges out slightly for a smoother, better feel on my skin. Really very soft. So this is, and will be my choice for the Retinol hand cream.

Really soft but too early to tell if it actually works at reducing crepe skin, which is what ai purchased it for.

This product works wonderfully! I've been enjoying it for around 4 months now. I started using it because, at 68, I noticed my hands were looking a bit crepey. Thanks to this lotion, my hands look significantly younger—almost like I've turned back the clock 20 years! I just use a small drop on each hand each evening, and one tube lasts me about 4 months. I'm only now ordering a fresh one because it’s been so effective in keeping my hands looking great.
