It's probably too early to tell you how the pressure board has improved my golf swing, as it takes some time and practice to see major swing changes.It does, however, work great. Helps you become much more aware of how thr pressure of your weight shift improves you swing consistency and power.Not an instant fix, but a great tool to work on drills & practice to improve your swing & distance.

I just received the pressure plate and could not be happier it does seem very solid as other people have said thats it not constructed well i disagree so far so good.

The media could not be loaded.  Just received the Golf Pressure Plate for my husband, and I'm seriously impressed. It's way sturdier than I expected, it is well-constructed. The unboxing was a treat too, really nice packaging. Can’t wait to use it. Thumbs up from us!

It seems to do as intended

I bought this for my husband. It’s been years since he played golf, so started going to driving range and came home complaining his swing wasn’t like it used to be. I was surfing Amazon for stuff my husband for Christmas. I saw the pressure plates read reviews and watch some videos and decided to get it for him. I gave it to him early because he was going to the driving range. He came home and thanked me and said it was the best gift I could have given him. I glad I bought the pressure plate. His swing as improved a lot her said and take it to the driving range every time he gos. If you know anyone who plays golf I recommend this item.

I know it shows you the measurements but still bigger than I expected. I haven’t try it out yet because is the weather but I think it will work great!
