I recently purchased this water fountain, and I couldn't be more pleased. Love this! At first made too much of an echo and took advice of other buyers to add some rocks inside. Made it much heavier but a little more quieter. Still hear a little bit it adds to the sound as it sounds like a waterfall.

This item is exactly as it is advertised. Makes a wonderful trickle and bubbling water sound. Easy set up. Looks just like its picture. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Update: The company reached out to me shortly after my review (below) and offered to either reimburse me or ship me a new fountain. I had them ship a new fountain in the hopes that the new one won't crack. I will update after I've had a chance to use the fountain for a bit, but for now I'm updating my review to 4 stars because of the customer service. __________________ I hate leaving this review because I really love this fountain overall, but I purchased it in October and have already discovered cracks in it. I used it for about 2 months outdoors, then brought it inside and emptied/dried it to store before it got too cold. A couple of weeks ago I set it back up inside and that's when I noticed the cracks. That's far too little use for it to already be cracking for a fountain in this price range. I do like it otherwise. It's attractive, has a nice bubbling sound, and is easy to set up. I like that the light and water are separate cords. I set both up on a 2 plug smart plug and have them on different schedules. I do notice that the water doesn't run across the whole surface unless it's on the highest setting and even then it doesn't always. I've tried adjusting to make sure it's level, but it doesn't address it. It still sounds nice, but it's not as aesthetically pleasing, but that's a minor complaint. Overall I love it, I'm just really disappointed about the cracking.

I brought these 2 beautiful fountains to light up my living room when guests arrive and had not realized how huge, heavy, and well crafted they were. They have well over exceeded my expectations of them and I haven't even plugged them in yet. Now I'm overtaking how to place these beauties...I will keep you posted on my update. AMAZING...

It's a great fountain!! Looks beautiful and makes a nice water sound.

I purchased this to place along the edge of a deck at a little cottage we have in the woods on our property. It's very cute and has a nice babbling brook sound. I wanted to love it. The unit I received has a round approx 5" diameter hole on the side of the unit that serves two functions: 1- it's how you fill the unit with water (the pump sits at the bottom of the unit in the water and then its power cord needs to exit out of the hole, and 2- the electrical cord for the transformer (for the light) has to be kept above the water level and exit the unit from the hole. As a result of this design, both the pump and light must be plugged into an outlet (or extension cord plug, in my case) outside of the unit, which seems quite different than some of the other reviews. In some of the reviews this hole was shown to be at the bottom of the unit and there appeared to be a cavity within the unit where one could plug in both the transformer and the pump into an extension cord and then you would have justs the cord exit the unit so that the plug was protected inside the cavity. I like that feature. The manual even describes some kind of add-on housing that would serve the same purpose as an internal dry cavity. The assembly instructions for my unit did not match the unit (even though the picture on the brochure did). It seems there may be different versions of this fountain. Is the larger unit designed with the hole at the bottom? I don't know, the description doesn't say. One minor issue with the unit I received is that the cover for the hole was destroyed leaving me to wonder if this unit had been returned by a purchaser who had tried to accommodate the cords by modifying it. Depending upon your needs, this could be a nice little water feature for the money.

This fountain is worth the price! Has a zen appearance, sounds beautiful, easy set-up and low maintenance.

My major disappointment is the colour of this bowl. One of my main reasons for buying it was because of the beautiful muted mossy muted green colour, which would have fit perfectly with a garden landscape. * see attached photos. Because it is kind of a rounded shape, it gives the appearance of being much bigger than the dimensions would suggest. I just find it will probably be too big for my project., and sadly I will likely be returning it for these reasons. On the ‘pro’ side - I admire its simplicity … it is so hard to find an aesthetically pleasing bubble fountain without all the little tchotchkes that most of them have, without spending over $500 CAD. This item was meticulously packaged and shipped in a strong box. Delivery was quick, in spite of my rural location … lots of rigid styrofoam for protection(which I will break into little bits and use as drainage in the bottom of my flower pots. I hate the stuff but always find a second use for it rather than putting it in the garbage). In summary, it would be great for many people. I’m just not one of them because the colour turns me off. *NOTE- the stones on top are my stones and not included with this item.
