This review is solely about their support team:They are fast and helpful I received my computer yesterday soon after using it the graphics card died out of the blue and I understand this isn't there fault but they're still sending out a replacement GTX 1060. They were extremely helpful in the process now unfortunately I won't be receiving the graphics card until Monday or Wednesday as I think they don't work on the weekends otherwise I feel it would be quicker than that.

GREAT PERFORMANCE, GOOD VALUE, SOLID SPEC, QUALITY COMPONENTS
Very pleased with PC. Ordered non-OS version and had everything set up and running Ubuntu within half an hour. No problems so far.I had a strict budget and did a lot of research before purchase. I feel this PC has got the right balance between value and performance that can support creative work - audio mainly but also graphics and design - at the level I need.Good looking and pretty quiet.
