Tangerine Pu-erh Tea - Xinhui Green Mandarin Orange Ripened Pu'er Black Tea (12 Pack)

I ordered this. I love the taste. However, in the description it says you do not need a tea ball or filter. I don't understand this because when I dropped the ball in my cup of hot water, the "cap" came off the ball and the tea leaves came out of the ball. So I'm a little confused on how to brew this thing. But I love the taste and the uniqueness.
