Delicious and free-from bad stuff
Absolutely delicious way to improve a bland coffee. I have been using this for sometime and generally feel better in my skin so I think the collagen is working. Unlike other brands this doesn't clump and the ingredients are clean and free from the fake bad stuff so many products are hiding these days.

A Good Macro-Tool that Lacks the 'Sacred' Standards of Welfare & Flavour
Preview: I usually use Ossa Organic's Collagen peptides. Having trialed Hunter & Gather's Collagen Creamer, I have decided not to continue with it. Ossa Organic's product provides a significantly more efficient protein boost of 18g of protein per 20g serving vs the 13g per 20g serving that this brand provides. Ossa's Collagen also aligns much better with my animal welfare values. While this product is a functional tool for macro-tracking, it feels like a step down and it does not make sense to tolerate this at a higher price point. Pros • High Protein Efficiency: Delivers 13g of protein for just 87 calories, ideal for calorie-restricted diets. • Rigorous Safety: Every batch is third-party lab-tested for heavy metals, pesticides, and toxins. • Convenience: Dissolves easily into coffee or smoothies without the need for a separate dairy creamer. • Real Results: Effective for improving skin hydration, hair and nail strength and muscle recovery. Cons • Welfare Standards: Does not match the LIAF/Kosher/Halal "100% grass-finished" standards found in brands like Ossa Organic. • Ambiguous Flavouring: Uses "Natural Flavour" which has a commercial, syrupy scent rather than a pure Madagascan vanilla profile. • Ineffective for Joints: Provides Type 1 & 3 peptides but lacks the UC-II "oral tolerance" mechanism needed for cartilage repair. • Higher Price Point: Costs more per gram than many competitors, including Ossa, without offering superior welfare. Being on a calorie-restricted diet, I thought this creamer might to be a useful tool. It provides a useful 13g protein boost (13,000mg) with minimal calorie cost, which can be helpful to anyone managing their macros. However, the collagen I use provides 18g of protein in a 20g serving. It's also important to bear in mind that collagen is not a complete protein, so it needs to be part of a varied diet to be effective. 🥩💪 I have awarded my usual brand, Ossa Organic's collagen 4 stars, but I feel this brand sits at 3 stars. While I appreciate the third-party lab testing for purity, the product feels a bit 'commercial' for the premium price. 🔬💰 Animal welfare is paramount to me. Ossa’s collagen boasts LIAF, Kosher, and Halal certifications (100% grass-finished and pastured), while Hunter & Gather's cattle are wintered indoors and supplementary fed. This disconnect from a natural lifecycle is a drawback. Furthermore, the Vanilla flavour lacks sophistication; it has a syrupy-sweet, commercial smell and the ambiguity of 'Natural Flavouring' on the label is disappointing. While my skin and hair have improved on beef collagen, it did nothing for my joints. To be fair, Hunter & Gather don’t claim that it can, but many companies and many reviewers do and this creates confusion. I’ve found that for joint health, you need the specific 'key' of UC-II collagen (which works via oral tolerance), rather than just these bovine building blocks. The Verdict: This product provides an moderate protein boost and taking it may lead to improved skin elasticity, stronger nails and better muscle recovery but it falls short on the 'living as nature intended' soul and authentic vanilla taste I expect of a product sold at a premium price.

Very BITTER! But it dissolves well, adds collagen to your brew and gives a hint of vanilla.
I'm on the keto diet and thought I'd try this in my coffees as a cheaper alternative to bone broth consumption (for the collagen benefits). It is a lot more bitter than I anticipated, which is good in one way because it means there is certainly no "carb creep", however, I did have to add double cream to offset the taste and I'm even considering adding a bit of stevia.

Confused by the high ratings of this product!
I usually use a plain collagen and have done so for quite some time now, but I love all things vanilla and I love anything that works as a duo product (flavour AND protein) so thought I would give this a try. I am lost at the good reviews for this product, I don't really get any true vanilla flavouring, the only thing that I can taste is synthetic sweetness but still not overly sweet (I use 1 sugar usually for reference and I wouldn't be able to replace that with the sweetness solely from this product). It's just generally quite weird, the texture is different to what I've seen before, it's more like a flaxseed (milled still) as opposed to a really fine collagen powder, I do get that different products could look different so I wouldn't even mind this, IF it tasted fine or worked as good as others. The one thing I can give it praise for is that it is very easily mixed. I usually use a mini whisk frother to stir collagen into my coffee but this dissolves much easier and can be stirred with a spoon. Saying that, it does leave a thicker consistency towards the bottom of the drink (even stirred with the whisk just for a fair chance). I really can't justify wasting this product and how much it cost me so I will be finishing the powder, it's not THAT repulsive, but it's also far from enjoyable, I would definitely never try a flavoured collagen again. I appreciate that everyones taste is completely different so this is just my perception of it but in a nutshell, not giving any vanilla flavour, not sweet (I only mention this as I saw some reviews that said it was) and very expensive - premium price for sub par product.

REALLY good and no added sugars/sweeteners
Good - really good - mixes well, nice subtle flavour of vanilla and best of all no added sugar or sweeteners. Collagen and protein powders often trumpet 'no added sugar' only to load it full of sweetener which is not ideal. This works well, with some coconut powder to achieve a softer finish. Nice. Put some in (black) coffee and that also worked well. I'm fairly sure it would work in a cappuccino etc. The unflavoured bovine collagen was also on my order - excellent.

Great product
This is a very good way to add collagen to the diet . I find the original one has a strange taste , This one added to coffee is perfect . And has 14g protein as a bonus . I am only on my first bag so not sure how beneficial it is yet .

Sadly not the creamer it claims to be !
Bought as alternative to Welgard collagen as I wanted to incorporate into my daily coffee without a creamer.. this product is great tasting vanilla, dissolves well. However for me - didn’t meet expectation as a creamer.. no matter how much you add ! I accept it as a collagen supplemental product .. would need to use far longer to give a fair review of its effectiveness.. I’ll be going back to my usual welgard as the most effective product I’ve been using for last couple of years

Schmeckt meiner Frau und mir im Kaffee nicht, hat einen säuerlichen Geschmack, schade die Löslichkeit und Verpackung machen einen guten Eindruck. Ich denke das Produkt ist hochwertig
