The JOYWISE Bluetooth Headphones, Wireless Earbuds, Bluetooth 5.3 Headphones, IPX7 Waterproof, 16Hrs Playtime, Stereo Bass Headsets, with Mic, with Earhooks, for Sports Running Workout are amazing. These headphones are comfortable. Not only that, when I use them to talk on the phone, I'm clearer than when I'm holding the phone up to my ear. They pick up sound so well, that when I zipped up their case, the person that I was on the phone with heard the zipper. I have an array of Bluetooth headphones and ear buds. They all sound fine when I've used them to listen to music, watch videos, etc while at the dentist, the airport, etc. However, I'd never used any of them to talk on the phone, until this week. That's when I learned that each of them had an issue when it came to me talking to someone on the phone. Desperation and finances lead me to this wonderful pair of headphones. I was thrilled that I was able to get them overnight through Prime as I REALLY needed a way to have some sort of privacy when talking on the phone. I have to say that these are better than I expected. I may even buy another pair to keep in my backpack. I can't recommend these enough. These are 5 stars all the way around. (My star rating system: 4 stars met my expectations, 5 stars exceeded my expectations, 3 stars fell short of my expectations, 2 stars significantly fell short of my expectations, 1 star highly suggest not ordering)

I like that the rechargeable battery uses the universal-C input. The "your headset is connected" announcement has a short delay. The sound quality is good; I use for audiobooks. I don't use it for phone calls, so I cannot review phone call clarity. Because the earbuds are tethered together, they don't get lost individually. Comfortable, easy to use. Good value. Thanks.

The sound is good enough for the gym work out. I could use more bass. Extremely comfortable with an assortment of silicon speaker covers. I have small ears and small ear canals which makes me difficult to fit. These are pretty darn good for the price.

These survived a trip through the wash and continue to work perfectly. Also, super convenient, sound great for the price, and a charge lasts surprisingly long.

Update: I got in contact with the company and they sent me a replacement pair free of charge. They were very fast and responsive. I'm very pleased because I really like these headphones. I bought these earbuds to use while working out. They had a good secure fit and good sound quality, and have a long battery life. I appreciated the physical button to adjust the volume. Unfortunately, the button stopped working after about 6 months. Now, 1 year after purchase, they will not connect to any bluetooth device. You get what you pay for, but I'm disappointed that they only lasted a year.

I am very impressed by the rich sound of the Joywise IPX7 Bluetooth Headphone Earbuds. The ear loops have a soft surface that feels comfortable on the ear. The volume control is easy accessed on the right ear bud, as is the main on/off 'MFB' button. My surprise is that the cord or 'cable' connecting the two earbuds is soft and flexible, hanging like a necklace or chain onto your neck and shoulders. Other products like this use a solid band that wraps around the back of your head and neck. The cord is 21 inches long, which I hope will not catch on something, but I feel will allow the headphones to lay and hang nicely from the neck when I need to remove them from the ears for a short time. The controls are simple for just listening to music, and more challenging for answering a phone call because the single 'MFB' button uses a 'short press' to Answer a Call, a 'short press' to End a Call, and a 'long press' of 1 second to Reject a Call. There's also a 'short press twice' operation to activate the Voice Assistant (whatever that is). The USB-C charging port is one more step toward getting rid of the older micro-USB cables, which is good.

When I connected my phone to them I knew the sound won’t be perfect because of the earphones voice sounds already odd. Then I tried them the sound is not that bad bc they adjust pretty fine to the ear so isolate the sound great, I’ll give 7/10 then the battery is one 8hr or less, don’t auto turn off so not appropriate for ppl that really use them all day

Good Quality and worked great for 6months... then DIED suddenly. nothing happened but just stopped working. Vendor stepped up and replaced as under one year warranty. Very good customer service and love a company that stands behind their products! Hoping for better results on this replacement pair and will keep you updated!!
