I emailed the company, I cannot activate the app. Serial number and password is not accepted via the app. :( if problem gets fixed then I'll change my review

Did not work. Phone shows bluetooth paired but nothing ...
Did not work. Phone shows bluetooth paired but nothing happens. Comes with no instruction. Contacted vendor and manufacturer and got no help. No owners manual. Nothing online to help understand how this is supposed to work. Tapping various screen buttons does nothing. I would not consider buying this until manufacturer provides and in depth owners manual which can be downloaded from their website to read prior to purchase. They need to put as much effort into instructions as they do into marketing. That has not happened to my knowledge.

Do not buy
Unfortunately returning. No support from the manufacturer at all. It's a great idea but not a great product.Just like one other review says. Everything downloaded fine and it connects to Bluetooth. But when you try to scan. It says "please go to app store to download diagnostic software". Then you go to the "app store" and are greeted with a beautifully blank screen. So no ability to scan.
