I love this alternative to HRT but after 2 weeks I started have GI distress so I cut my dose down to one tablet and it solved the problem. I don’t have a gallbladder so I am more sensitive than most people. I definitely felt a mental and physical boost on the 2 tablets. In a month I will try again 2 tablets. Great product.

I have not taken the supplement long enough to know whether it is effective for me; however, I am a fan of the company and have great confidence that the product will do what it says it will do over time.

This supplement has helped me feel much better. I have more energy and less fatigue not to mention that I was having issues with my cycle which has completely rectified itself!! I haven’t seen any evidence of sleep improvement but I’m hoping that will come with extended use of this product.

The reason I wanted to try this product was that I my adrenals were depleted which effected my sagging skin and incontinence. I have taken it for 60 days and do not see visible improvement in either one of the symptoms. Perhaps I need more time so will give it another 30 days.
