Just what I needed

Bought for my kids for Christmas. It's dirty, scratched and hasn't been reset so it's logged into someone else's account. I can see all their information, including a 'message board' where they are part of a group chat with the icon of a naked lady. I at least expected it to be reset for the price but apparently not. Also must be some kind of GDPR issue if I can see all this man's details, including date of birth etc.

So the PlayStation its self is ok so far. But, controller is losing connection every 5-10 mins, it just stucks and u need to reboot it manually with a hole in its back. The power cable they put in was also wrong, it is for PlayStation 4, not ps4 pro. As well, 2 usb ports in the front of the PS aren't working. Didn't get to play anything yet, but I hope it will be without lugs

I received the device dirty and poorly packaged. The USB inputs are very dirty. There was a lack of care in cleaning.

Item was faulty and would not recognise any discs. This was a Christmas gift and made life more stressful by having to replace. Luckily, we did presents before Christmas Day. Note it cost over £18 to safely return via tracked due to weight and value, so overall down on the deal.However, I will say refund process was swift.

Console works well no problem bar a lot of dust but I can clean that myself. my issue is with the controller when a product is labelled as “renewed” I would assume it would have a least been cleaned my main issue is there is very notable breakage. Overall it’s a decent working console just it’s just not “renewed” as the seller has labelled it
