Went with this pc because i have already built two computers and didnt want to be bothered to build another. Ive so far added only cable extensions and a better PSU because i plan on upgrading gpus in the future. But so far, it runs fortnite great, averaging around 180-300 in performance settings, depending on where u r in the game. I dont really play many games, just use this for work and playing fortnite with my older brother. Im.sure it could run minecraft or any other games at it, just would run at super high settings if u want high frames. Definetly a good starter pc if ur willing to pay the high-ish price for it. Doesnt take much to setup so anybody could do it. Will update in a couple months if anything bad happens. But overall, recommend

The PC was amazing at first. Clean, stylish, fast. However, the WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities stopped working within the first week! Thermaltake told me to reinstall Windows 11 to fix the issue, which I did, and then the PC wouldn’t even boot up after that. Had to return the PC. Disappointing.

Everything well packaged and functioning i changed the rtx 4060 for an Asrock RX7800XT challenger edition is the only change i made and so far this pc is playing great (cyberpunk, starfield, warzone) around 100 fps and more

The media could not be loaded. I was scared bc this is my first pc and there wasn’t very many reviews but it got here safe only problem is it has a few scratches on the glass but I’m not complaining. Edit. The rgb software to change the rgb is pretty bad but this prebuilt is beautiful

Value for money can’t be beat. I got the version with a 4060 and 32gb ram and couldn’t be happier.Shipped quickly and even arrived a day early.120fps in all AAA titles and a solid 60fps in Star Citizen. Iykyk.

It's a great machine, it is shipped well packaged and was easy to setup. Played bg3 on a 49" 1440p OLED display on max graphics with ease but I had to make a modification to the case to get the display port cable to properly fit in the graphics card. I'm willing to bet there's a proper better way to fix that but I was impatient so I just cut the bracket that was in the way. Had the machine since last black Friday sale and have had no other issues.

I bought this computer for my son for Christmas. By the end of May, it quit working! I paid for additional insurance, but they would not do anything because they won’t cover anything until the original manufacturer’s warranty was up. So I contacted Thermaltake, sent it back IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, and they just told me it was “demaged” and they won’t fix it. Terrible company!!!
