Un game changer para hacer pizzas
Wow!! No tenía tanta fe en el producto porque usaba una pizza stone o una rejilla y el horno a maxima temperatura y daba resultados "decentes"... Me decidí a comprar este pizza steel de 16 x 14.5 pulgadas... Lo suficiente para aventar una pizza tamaño grande de las pizzerias presentes en México. Ya había visto varios videos en YouTube y madre mía... Fue todo un game changer para la pizza (estilo NY, napolitana no jala pero por el horno de estufa), quedó crujiente, la masa como debe de ser y lista entre 7-10 minutos!! Eso sí... Recomiendo tener una pala para pizza adecuada y comprar semolina para no tener problemas para lanzarla... Y una cosa que si me sacó de onda es que está madre está bien pesada... Hay que tener en cuenta ya que pesa como 10 kg... 100% recomendable si eres un entusiasta de la pizza 😆 Espero actualizar reseña con fotos...
